Built in 2025 and located in the Torreon Country club in the White Mountains of Northern Arizona, this custom-built cabin was professionally designed with a rare attention to detail and built with the guest comfort as the top priority! You'll love all 5,500sf of open, fresh, and warm styled living, complete with all the amenities of home. Enjoy cabin living in the huge family room with custom steel fireplace & spiral stair to the loft,take breakfast around the gigantic kitchen island & dining, and share dinners indoors or out at tables fit for the whole party. White Mountain Manor is located within the private gated neighborhood of Torreon and is situated off of the Cabin Course’s 10th hole Par 5 tee box. The house is a spacious 5,500 square feet with 4 King bedrooms and a 6-bed bunk room, full laundry room with double washer/dryers, and two bonus rooms (1 golf sim / movie theater and 1 billiards / shuffleboard / gym space).

RECREATION & COMMUNITY OFFERINGS

You will be located close to all your favorite outdoor activities. There are many lakes and trails throughout the area that you can hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, drive ATV's as well rent boats, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Sunrise ski resort is less than an hour away and is open year round. You can enjoy snowboarding, skiing and tubing in the winter and hiking, scenic lift rides and ziplining in the summer.

****IMPORTANT CLUB AMENITY UPDATE****

Torreon has changed their policy on how many times homeowners are allowed to transfer their social membership to guests. This is partly due to the fact they are wanting to keep it an exclusive club for members only. Unfortunately, ALL homes in Torreon are now only allowed to transfer their membership once a month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. This fee is $325 for the first guest and $100 for each additional guest. $50 application fee and $25 key fob fee also applies. This fee includes access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center and outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, pickleball and tennis). This service is on a first come first serve basis for stays of at least 7 days. PLEASE REACH OUT TO US BEFORE YOU BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE THIS SERVICE TO MAKE SURE ITS AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTH. Guest amenities are only available May-September. Pool is only heated Memorial weekend-Labor Day weekend. Hot tub is available year round

SAFETY

*** Cleanliness is our priority for our guests so we request that shoes are removed upon entering the house.

*** Strict-No more than 14 persons occupancy (8 adults and 6 kids MAX)

*** NO SMOKING

*** Entering the house requires walking up a stairs unless done through garage.

*** For your safety, there are cameras located on the driveway, front porch, garage area, and back deck

*** Any violation of the above will ensue damages due and/or immediate eviction

*** Identification and signed rental agreement required

*** $79 property damage insurance required

*** Show Low does have periodic power outages, which may occur during your stay
