This large home is built with three floor levels. This home may not be appropriate with guests with mobility issues because of three flights of stairs. Access to main level is down one flight of stairs from the street. Three cameras have been installed in outside areas for security. One is above the garage door to see any cars or people approaching the property from the street. Another is to see people going down the steps to the entry. This area is not very visible from the street. The property is on a narrow and quiet street of three homes. Strangers can wander around peaking in windows if they think the property is vacant. The last camera looks out at the lake & dock to see any boats or people approaching the property that do not belong here. There are no cameras inside the house.
We are associated with a local Christian camp that keeps a couple of ski boats on our dock from May thru September. Drivers will come to our dock twice a day to pick up and return the boats. We have had this relationship for over 30 years and none of our guests have had an issue with this arrangement or the camp staff.
There is no access to the garage on this property. The owners may use a small loft above the garage when they are not traveling. It has a separate entrance and is isolated from the rest of the house and does not share any common walls.
There are 4 parking spaces for cars. There is no parking for trailers on the property.
No parking is allowed on any neighbors property. Renter is advised that property managers may inspect the property with or without their knowledge for compliance with all conditions.
