Stayed Aug 28, 2025We had the privilege of celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful cabin, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The peaceful and serene location provided the ideal backdrop for such a special occasion. The cabin itself was so comfortable, with cozy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a hot tub that made the evenings even more relaxing. There was plenty of space for family gatherings, with a foosball table and other games to entertain all ages. The lake was crystal clear and calm making it perfect for outdoor activities. We spent quality time fishing off the dock and enjoyed the complimentary kayaks, floaties and paddleboat. Watching the stunning sunsets and listening to the loons while cooking meals over the fire were also a highlight. The firewood provided by the hosts was so convenient. Every evening felt magical. The hosts were incredibly responsive, offering great local restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and very dog-friendly, which was a huge bonus. It’s a fantastic spot for family getaways, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a milestone!We HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for a perfect lake getaway!

Stayed Oct 16, 2024What a great way to spend a beautiful fall weekend! Beautiful location on a quiet lake with great views! The house was stocked with the little things that make a stay easier; coffee, coloring books for kids, outdoor games, fire wood, etc. The hosts were incredibly communicative and gave us all the information we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We loved our stay at Leisure Lodge! 3 families with young children and grandparents were all able to stay under one roof. Tons of amenities and acticities for kids. Host was very quick to respond to messages and sent out lots of ideas for things to do around the area. We had chilly weather while we were there so took advantage of Paul Bunyan Land only 10 minutes away. Also

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We stayed here with our adult children and their partners, 2 dogs and a 1yr. old., making full use of all the bedrooms. We never felt on top of each other. We spent most of our time on the open main level with kitchen, dining, and living room. The lower level would be great for kids to have their own play space. Although we planned on doing some activities in Brianard, we never did because we were enjoying ourselves so much at the Leisure Lodge! We enjoyed having Paridise Bar and Grill within walking distance, and did Bingo night there. We also really enjoyed the lake with the provided kayaks and floaties. We brought kitchen stuff, which was unnecessary because the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookwear and every thing you could need (ex. cheese grater, muffin tins). I appreciated all the info the owners sent prior, and the little touches to make our visit more comfortable. Thanks for a good time and good memories, Katie and Hunter. Amy

Stayed Feb 2, 2024We had a lovely stay at the leisure lodge. The beds were comfortable, open concept living space offered lots of comfortable and cozy places to hang out. Beautiful view of the frozen lake from the living room.
