Stayed Dec 29, 2025The property comfortably fit 3 families each with 2 children. While in the hot tub in the evening some deer walked right by us - that was memorable! The owner had informed us before our stay, but we spent a good amount of money on firewood for the 5 days so it’s definitely a bummer the house doesn’t provide especially in the bitter cold when we were there in December with it actively snowing. The house is so close to Big Boulder mountain which was great and about 20 minutes to Jack Frost. The Cleaning service wasn’t done until 4:15pm which was a bit annoying as it delayed our check-in. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Excellent property and host. Listing is a bit confusing because it states lakefront and it is not. However, the wooded lot and neighborhood was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Our host was not aware of the lakefront listing but stated he would take care of this for future guests.Could have used a few more towels. There was one small bath towel per quest and no washcloths. Otherwise, the house was very well stocked. We did not use the hot tub but the fire pit was very nice.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024It rained most of the time during our stay, but that did not deter us from having a great time in this gorgeous and comfortable house. The game room was fun for all, ROKU TVs in most rooms made it easy for everyone to watch what they wanted. The upper deck, the hottub, the outdoor firepit and lighting added to the allure. Hawk Falls is dog friendly too! Everyone enjoyed this vacation!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Lovely home in the Poconos! Something for everyone - from comfortable beds to a firepit to a lovely deck to Ms. Pacman to a thoughtfully and well-stocked kitchen. Stow was extremely responsive and welcoming. We will definitely return.
