Very nice gem in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula Very close to many inland lakes & rivers which me & 4 friends did for fishing Close to enough small towns with restaurants & grocery stores if you need supplies

We always love to stay at the North Lodge. This was our 13th year. It is clean, family friendly and close to the things we like to do. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We do not think you could find a better place to stay up in the north country.

This was a perfect location for visiting the UP. We were able to visit many areas for hiking and exploring, all within an hours drive. The house is very well maintained and the owners were very helpful. Even recommending a shop nearby when one of our vehicles got a nail in the tire.

Check in and check out were super easy! The location was great for the activities that we had planned.The Lodge did not disappoint! Not only was the place exactly as described, the hosts were super at answering any questions that we had. They even notified us of an upcoming blizzard that likely would have trapped us for a couple days,enabling us to make the decision to depart earlier than planned. Although our stay was cut short, we enjoyed the area and lodging immensely and got home safe and sound. If the opportunity arises, I would definately stay here again!

This cabin is about as warm and inviting as it gets. We truly felt at home during our long weekend stay for our annual snowmobile trip. The cabin has plenty of amenities, was clean and had plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. We will definitely be back in the future.

House was clean and as described. I would advise for snowmobiles…..it’s a few miles from trails….we hit a warm stretch so ended up trailering which worked fine.

I believe this was our 13th consecutive year for group. We usually have 6 Retired good friends Muzzle loader hunting. The Frank family welcomes us and reply's to any needs. Excellent property and always clean. Our group along with our wives have stayed a number of times in the spring, summer & fall,

The overall cabin was beyond beautiful and cozy. It was the perfect amount of space for my fiancee and I. Super centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third or fourth time in the last ten years and every visit has been excellent. Clean and well maintained. Great location for day trips winter or summer.

We enjoyed are stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean and full of amenities. The showers were hot and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful open spaces lodge. Lovely addition to our yearly Labor Day weekend outdoor adventure and spiritual renewal time with friends.

Our stay at the Lodge was great once again! It was our 2nd stay for our annual fishing trip. Quiet and secluded area but yet close to lakes and town. It was very clean as usual. Definitely recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

We had an excellent stay at the North Lodge. Gaylynea was so wonderful to work with and so kind helping us work through a delay in travel plans due to a child being hospitalized. The North Lodge worked well work our family - it was centrally located to a lot of activities we wanted to do in the UP, it was very clean, and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stya.

Clean, beautiful home located just far enough away from noise of towns. Our daughter got married and this house was perfectly situated between McMILLIAN (the church venue) and Curtis (the reception venue). The home is spacious with plenty of room and a porch to die for!

This cabin was perfectly located near the middle of the UP. We were about an hour or so from every thing we wanted to do (Pictured Rocks, Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Tahquamenon Falls). The loft bedroom and bath were a big hit with our teens. The downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and provided for amazing sleep as there were no windows in two of the sleeping areas. I highly recommend this property!

This was a fabulous place to stay! We would very happily return! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to cook—very helpful for a family! We were able to see so many sights in the UP while staying at this lovely home. The house a property are even nicer in person than they appear in the pictures. Plenty of chairs and seating space both inside and out!

Great place with lots of available sleeping. We parked two snowmobile trailers and trailered to seney to ride. Loved the available extras for cooking or other needs. Thanks!

Our group enjoyed our 12th or 13th year staying at The North Lodge. Our hists as usual were very helpful and provided us with 5 star accommodations. We are planning on it again next year. Ed M.

Beautiful location

The cabin gives the outdoorsy feel. In a centralized location, lots to do within an hour of most attractions in the eastern UP which is great for day trips. Kitchen is just a bit small for a larger group. Overall we had a nice stay.

My family and I love coming to the North Lodge. It is in a great location and allows us to drive to most places we want to go visit within 45 minutes. We can’t wait to go back.

This property is wonderfully designed. Its clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the large wrap around deck.
