Stayed Jan 4, 2026We had a lovely time with the two couch, rooms and hot tub. Enjoy the fire and the scenic fuse as well. Was perfect for us going to Stevens Pass with minimal concern for traffic. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 1, 2026The host is very responsive to address any issues or concerns. The host provides clear guidelines for the use of the property and they are all understandable and reasonable. The property is well maintained and has many amenities which other properties might not have such as children toys. The recently added Starlink internet service works very well. This is our second time staying at this property and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this house for our family of 11. It was spacious for all. It was nice having 2 kitchen areas especially on Thanksgiving. The location was private and relaxing and we had snow the whole time we were there. The grandkids enjoyed sledding on the side of the house. The owner was responsive to a couple issues we had. We would definitely consider staying again.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025Our Family from NC traveled here for a ski trip and had an amazing time. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The owner was very responsive to all my messages and requests while we were there. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again next year.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024We had 3 families and each had their own floor. The bottom floor was great for hanging out and playing games. The main floor was nice cosy area and the top floor was great for the family with kids. It is just far enough from Leavenworth to make sure there is snow but only a 20 minute drive into town. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We loved staying at Ryder’s home. The house was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The location is also fantastic: right next to the beautiful US 2 road to Leavenworth. Lake Wenatchee state park just nearby as well as numerous hiking trails. If you are looking for a spot to stay with friends and family, this is it!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We really enjoyed our stay!! Communication with Ryder was prompt and issue resolved quickly even over the holiday. The house was great for our family with in-laws, teens and young adults. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean and ready to go. Firepit was nice and there was wood available to use. We will definitely book again - thanks so much!
