My family and friends had an amazing time the cabin was beautiful and verycomfortable.The cabin was very well preped and was not missing anyhting we had everything and much more.We made awsome memories and hope to go back one day.

Wonderful home, clean, very quite and very roomy. House meant all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Great place for a large family trip.

The lodge sat upon a beautiful mountain side where the rabbits romed freely. The long gravel road with twist and turns was an adventure for those in our party who never experince mountain side living but by the the time we left they were old pro's and were really enjoying their adventure. The decor made you feel relaxed and at home, with plenty of space for everyone. We all, all 23 of us enjoyed our visit & would love to roast marshmellows around the fire pit again as many enjoyed the hot tub at mid night. For anyone traveling with elderly or handicapped the main floor entrance was the best for us and I think with a few changes in the jack & jill bathroom would make this lodge a number 1 for all.

Everyone loved the house and it was plenty of room for us. We all had a great time and there was a lot to do at the house and in the area.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall fair to good. House was spacious and clean, great location. The railings on the deck were not to code and we almost lost our two yr old grandaughter when she ran over and we saw it was loose. Even The inside railings have loose pieces. Also, there was a fire pit but no chairs, and the deck off the main suite was useless as there were no chairs. We did have to clean the chairs on the deck because they had bird droppings all over them. Lastly, there were not enough towels for all the people staying. The property mgr was very helpful when the power went out.

We went with a large group of 24 for the stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The property is huge and clean and quickly accomodated everyone. We loved that is was nestled a bit off the road so it made it easier with all the kids running around not being worried about disturbing any neighbors as well as it gave the adults the comfort to enjoy at our leisure.The path up to the property is a bit of a gravel terrain with a slightly steep down incline to the parking so it is definitely recommended to have an AWD or 4x4 which will help, as our host had pointed to us beforehand so it was easy for us to adjust accordingly. Having Melissa mention all the details that we needed to be aware of and prompt in her replies and help for any clarifications helped make the trip a well planned one. The only thing that the group had a bit of an issue with was the bandwidth of the wifi on the property as there is little to no network around and the wifi was the only lifeline but that being said it was sufficient enough to allow everyone to connect just enough to get their things done.

It was very accommodating for our group of 3 families and it is close to Cataloochee Ski Resort. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back. One thing that caught us off guard was that internet bandwidth is limited on a monthly basis. We didn't find this out until we got our check-in info. The good thing is we didn't want our kids or us on devices so this was not a big deal for us. Thank you Melissa for being a great host who was very responsive before and during our stay.

The house and property were amazing and very clean.

About 20 of us celebrated my bday and some other winter bdays and hit the casino! We loved this cabin. It was HUGE. The pics do not give it justice. We will def stay again.

The house was amazing and the perfect location for a Christmas family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the house has ample room for a family of 12, the wrap around porch provides amazing views.

We had an awesome time at the house. It was a long weekend we have been looking forward to for months and it exceeded expectations. The only thing that could use improvement is a more functionable TV and outdoor grill. Other than that, 5 stars!
