The Space:

1 Lake View is a delightful lodge situated near Lanreath, Cornwall. All rooms are on the ground floor, with one king-size bedroom, with a separate family bathroom. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Also benefitting from a spa room with a Jacuzzi bath, TV and sauna. Outside has an enclosed decking areawith furniture. Off-road parking is available. 1 Lake View is an idyllic base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. Please note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Lanreath is a village and civil parish in Cornwall, England, situated five miles away from Looe. The village houses the excellent Stonerush Lakes holiday park, which has on-site facilities with a restaurant and bar, with easy access to the village centre for a local shop. Ideally situated for exploring the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and many nearby beaches and the wonderful coastline.

A lovely well equipped lodge ideal for a couple or single traveller. The lodge was clean and well equipped with nice decoration and furnishings. The sauna and double whirlpool bath were also nice touches, especially after a hard day's walking. The site is in a nice quiet setting, far away from the busier resorts. The only downside for me was the noisy neighbours, kids shouting until 2 in the morning. Think the site should enforce a curfew on outside noise to respect others relaxation time. Whilst I didn't use the restaurant, it did look nice.
