Our host was amazing! Great location with lots to do!

Heidi is a fantastic host! We were a family of 4 with a 12 and 15 year old and has a blast on Baycation. Heidi meet us at check-in and was always available for any questions about the area or things we needed. My son loved fishing off the boat and we really enjoyed the quiet Marina. We did the Jet Ski's with JSK right in the Marina. This was such a cool experience and one that my kids will always remember. Thanks again Heidi!

The host Heidi was the best host I’ve ever met! Her place was absolutely stunning and she and the House Boat was beautifully set up! If you want a place that has everything right there such as restaurants and coffee cafe with stunning views, this place is a must try! You will not be disappointed!

Great first time experience on a houseboat. The location was perfect with access to a Cuban coffee shop and the excellent Old Tavernier restaurant. The boat was clean and well layed out. Heidi is the best VRBO host I have ever had. She is supper attentive and includes many items to support your stay (E.g. beach towels, sun screen, etc.). Thank you Heidi for a great experience!

Perfect place to call home for a week! Walkable places for food and activities on the water. The Mar Bar also, best place for Stone Crab claws!

Heidi was super friendly, met us upon arrival and offered us anything we needed. Best experience I’ve had with a VRBO. Boat was clean, had a customized message, and is in beautiful clear water. Hopefully I can make it back to stay again.

The place is as-advertised and a one-of-a-kind experience. I stayed here with my son for a fishing trip and it was perfect. Heidi could not be more friendly and accommodating. Great spot and great value.

Excellent and unique stay on Baycation. Clean and well stocked. Great communication with Heidi, the host. Reef Roamer Snorkeling which is right next door was awesome. And Harbour Cafe right in the marina had awesome cuban coffee and food, very sweet staff as well. We loved our Keys getaway!

Heidi has a little bit of paradise on her houseboat! You must plan on staying!!

The stay on the houseboat was very enjoyable. The boat interior was clean and well maintained. There was some deferred maintenance on the exterior (weak railings and the outdoor furniture could be upgraded. One chair was broken. Our host, Heidi, met us at check in and was very helpful informing us of the area restaurants. If you are looking to travel to Islamorada, I would recommend you give Heidi and Baycation a shot.

We loved staying on Heidi’s houseboat, Baycation. It was clean, personalized with a cute sign for us, comfortable, and relaxing. She provided us with coffee, all kitchen appliances you would need, and food for the fish. :) Highly recommend this listing- Heidi did a great job. We will be back next year hopefully!

My Wife and I decided to hit up the Florida Keys for the first time as an anniversary/birthdays/valentines day gift to each other. Lots of research on places to stay went down until we stumbled upon the Baycation Houseboat. We wanted something fun and different than the normal VRBO and mission accomplished! First off Heidi is amazing and is available for any questions before hand. We got in super late our first night thanks to traffic in Florida but Heidi still met us at the boat and showed us around so that we were comfortable. Let me tell you this was the best vacation ever and that’s saying a lot considering we honeymooned in Jamaica. The houseboat has everything you need and the bed is very comfy! We were met by a manatee and a dolphin the very first morning! Harbor Cafe is a few feet from the boat and has amazing coffee and breakfast food. The empanadas are unbelievable. You are a short drive from so many awesome bars and 2 really good breweries. Heidi has done a great job with the boat. We were very relaxed and had a wonderful time. Several naps were had on the top deck. If you are even considering it just book it! You won’t be sorry!!we will be back 100%. Thank you Heidi!!!

Heidi is great, answers any questions, met us when we got there. Showed us everything. The bed was so comfy. We fished off the back in the marina. I went paddle boarding ( she has 3 for guests to use). We used 2 other businesses in the marina. One for a sunset cruise , and one for a wave runner ride.

Enjoyed our stay, quiet location, kitchen well stocked. Outdoor furniture could use updating as sitting on the front deck was highlight but furniture worn and in need of replacement

The houseboat was adorable and very well equipped, the location is excellent, and Heidi is fabulous. Will definitely return! Five stars all the way.

Clean, central, cozy.

The 3 of us had the best time on Heidi’s houseboat. We loved the boat and all the amenities. Heidi was a superb host who has thought of everything to make for the perfect stay. The upstairs deck was a great place to relax with cocktails. The restaurants within a short walk were amazing. We can’t wait to return!

If I could give our stay more than a 5 star review I certainly would! The houseboat is amazing! We scheduled our stay for before and after our wedding and it made our wedding day all that much more special!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The boat feels like a tiny house on the water. Something one doesnt realize is that the boat is right on the dock next to restaurants and coffee shops. I mean they're 20 feet from the boat! Heidi was a great host. She met us when we arrived and explained everything there was to know about the boat and great places to visit in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique place to visit!

The houseboat is absolutely adorable and very nicely decorated… I only wish it had a dishwasher because I hate washing dishes!… Heidi is an amazing host and I felt very welcome the entire time and we even hung out a little bit… She is sweet, warmhearted, and very thoughtful

The weekend on the houseboat was a DREAM. I literally can not think of anything that needs improvement. Our host, Heidi was organized, attentive and communicative. Location was excellent for food and shopping. Houseboat was totally updated and smelled fresh and clean.

Great place for our family to stay for 4 nights. Centrally located and many fun things to do nearby. Sitting on the top deck of the boat each night with a cocktail was a perfect way to end our busy days snorkeling and fishing.
