Cozy Houseboat in Port City Marina Wilmington, NC Nestled among The Cove Villas

This is a brand new houseboat that has all the amenities of a condo. The decor was spot on and extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable and they supplied the boat with everything we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to our concert venue. We had a great time and will definitely consider renting again when in Wilmington!

The property was as beautiful in person as on the site. A contemporary home with the perfect beach touch. Our hosts were excellent. They communicated providing detailed instructions that were so helpful and provided information regarding events occurring while we were in town. Great touches greeted you such a goodie basket, plush towels, and little extras - not your typical rental property fare. The boat home is located near great restaurants and are a short walk to shopping. I can’t wait to stay again!

Unique place to stay in downtown Wilmington. We rented this place for UNCW Family Weekend and had a blast. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The house boat was immaculate inside and out. The balcony had views of the marina and cape fear river. Our host had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Wilmington is one of my favorite places to visit. This time was no disappointment. This was a birthday getaway for me and my husband. The houseboat was very clean and accommodating. Just the relaxation that I needed. Kelly was avaliable when we needed her with no hesitation. Thank you Kelly and we will be coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This villa had much better views than others closer to the dock. The owners were meticulous in terms of cleanliness and the homes overall design. The cove is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, conveniently located adjacent to downtown Wilmington. My husband and I are already talking about booking again and have shared the details with other friends interested in visiting.

Houseboat had everything we needed! Plus, walking distance to restaurants, events and a farmers market.

A super convenient, clean, spacious spot to stay for any downtown activities. Two full sized bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfect for two couples enjoying the 2025 Feast. Clean and well stocked. Owner provided bottles of water and the perfect number of starter items - oatmeal, snacks, etc. beautiful spot right on the river. Keep in mind parking - only one vehicle has a spot in a nearby gravel lot. Others have to pay about 14 a day at the nearby garage or street park (hours and cost you have to figure out) Would love to come back!

We love staying at the boat houses at the Cove! There was plenty of room for hanging out with friends, bedrooms, and all amenities were excellent. Everything was really clean and location was superb! I would definitely rent this again

We wanted a place to stay and just relax. This Houseboat was more than what we expected. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay.

Very nice property! Amenities were great and the hosts were very helpful. The houseboat is located in a community of nearly identical houseboats, which are close together, so privacy outside is not perfect (and not as shown in the pictures online), but otherwise the houseboat community is very clean and well done. we spent hours on the back porch just enjoying the view and the breeze. Walking distance to historic downtown Wilmington and not far from the beaches so overall a great stay.

We stayed in this location DURING hurricane Debby. The house was amazing. it was very stable. very clean. The host was great and easy to communicate with. for the duration we stayed due to a conference, this boat was more economical than the hotels. 5 stars! would definitely stay here again.

My spouse and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The houseboat was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed.

The boathouse was just beautiful. My family enjoyed our weekend gateway. We will rent again and again but stay longer. The only thing I wished for was a list of walking distance to restaurants. Or should I say more food near the boat houses .
