Situated in the charming Zona Rosa condo complex, the San Rafael unit features rustic-chic decor, a well-appointed kitchen, a fireplace, and a spacious patio perfect for entertaining on temperate New Mexico nights.

LIVING AREA
Relax in the upscale living area, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors create a delightful Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances.
Sip morning coffee at the five-person kitchen bar. Then dine together at the table set for six.

This single-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku.
An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy appetizers on the private patio, detailed with seating for six. Orenjoy grilling a meal onthe gas grill.

Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). We also have a Tesla and universal car charger for your electric vehicles (free of charge).
Although this villa is on the ground level, four steps are required to access the main floor once inside the unit.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Our original booking fell through, so we scrambled at the last minute to find this property, and what a find it was! The location is perfect, making most of the main Santa Fe area walkable. The condo is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The back patio was a plus. Checking in and out was very easy. Losing the other property was a blessing in disguise. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The location was close to the plaza and very convenient. Parking was easy. It took a bit for us to master the door unlocking system, but we got it. lol. The unit itself was nicely decorated and the rooms comfortable. The patio was beautiful. The air conditioning control was tricky. Perhaps more detailed instructions for the lock and a/c would benefit older guests. We enjoyed our stay there. I’m personally not a fan of having to strip the beds, take out the trash and start the dishwasher. At the price, it seems we shouldn’t have to do the maid’s work. No one else in our party complained. Perhaps I’m more of a fan of hotels.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024There were 3 of us staying here for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The unit was better than the pictures show. The only negative I have is the stripping of beds and emptying the trash cans before we left. Not how I wanted to start my day with a 11 hour drive In front of me.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023My short stay in this property was too short! It was so cute and cozy and perfect for a girl getaway. We could pretty much walk anywhere if we were willing!
