This hotel was not at ALL what was advertised. The front didnt match the picture. Our room had broken kitchen cabinet doors, the counter was split down the middle, and the floor was dirty. There were greasy fingerprints on the surfaces as well. We left immediately. They did say we'd get a refund so I'm hoping that happens. It was VERY expensive for what it was.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was as advertised, but was a bit messy. There was visible dust on several different items, and some splatters on the walls, but nothing that made it feel unsanitary or gross. The room was quiet— you couldn’t hear other guests, but you could smell them if you get my drift. ;-) If I return to Chicago, I would stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, the Allstate Arena, and some really nice restaurants.

Great accomodations and easy access to major travel routes into the city. Our dog had ample room to roam. Kitchen was adequately stocked for two guests. Bed was comfortable. The only drawback was black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling.
