Parking
This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby:

• Premium Parking P346 – 2-minute walk (typically $30–35/night)

• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!
Things to know
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    Some long needed updates are long overdue. Couch has filling from pillows hanging out on most cushions. All builds are inoperable.

    Great location lot’s of city noise but expect it you are in downtown. Furniture could be updated and front door was unlocked. A short walk to French Quarter

    Wonderful location!! Close to all districts. The only complaint is I saw a mouse scurry across the kitchen. I know it's a warehouse, but ewww.

    It could have been cleaner - there were old chips and open snacks left in the cupboard, the flatware in the kitchen had coffee stains and food on them, and I'm not sure when the floor had been mopped last, but getting into the shower and watching the dirt swirl around made it obvious that it had been a while. Other than these little things (which I easily cleaned - not the floor though), the location was great! The apartment was well furnished and comfortable, and the rooftop area was a huge bonus! I would stay here again, just wish it had been thoroughly cleaned between guests.

    Cant beat the location...clean...renters were quiet but the NOLA city noise gets past the single panes (which are beautiful). Ear plugs helped us sleep.

    You cannot beat this property for its location to the French Quarter, riverfront and wonderful restaurants. The only slight drawback is the air conditioning is not the greatest but the ceiling fans help. Otherwise, the communication with the host was excellent and the property was great.

    The unit was exactly as described. Location was excellent for the New Orleans experience. You have to accept that you are in a downtown location and you will hear “city noises”. Was the perfect proximity to the New Orleans attractions. Walking distance to most everything. The Premium Parking is a block or so away and is a good choice if you drive down. Would DEFINITELY stay again. Just know that there is no reception or staff on premises.
