• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• Guest will need to present their ID and credit card for deposit.
• A refundable deposit of $300 is required

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

    Property was great and Newley renovated in side. Only issue was the old windows and the street noise below. Recommend upgrading the windows for a full 5 star property. That was the only thing wrong.

    We enjoyed our stay and felt like the location was great. Easy walk or a cheap Lyft to wherever we wanted to go. The building felt safe and secure. But the noise level is real and should be considered when planning. It is close to a busy street and the hospital. Lots of city noise / traffic / street cars / loud music from passing cars etc. one morning we were woken up by a life flight landing on the hospital helipad one block away at the same level as our room. It was crazy loud. There was also construction one morning with jackhammers. We all slept with earplugs and sleep masks and would recommend you bring the same. Condo was well equipped with basic kitchen supplies and the whole place was very clean and livable, but nothing fancy. The game room and fitness facility were nice. The price and location were hard to beat and we were overall satisfied with our stay.

    This apartment would have rented for double the rate if located in better neighborhood. That being said, we were fine walking in the day time but nights required an Uber, which was fine. Very noisy, lots of sirens all hours and vacant buildings all around

    Great location, extremely nice apartment. The bedroom ceiling fans can only be turned on with the light being on so we couldn’t sleep with the fans on. The building WiFi is pretty bad so watching Netflix was a bit of a nightmare, however I recommend it and would stay there again.

    When we arrived we realized that we were not given the front door code so had to wait until someone came out to let us in - called and called the number but couldn't get through. Once inside the condo was spacious and very clean but didn't have much in the way of items I've come to expect from places I've rented. Apart from a few shampoos and conditioners, there was nothing in the pantry, the kitchen minus a few glasses, dishes and knives was bare and not much more than that. No extra pillows, no blankets, and a few towels - not really meant to have people staying on the couch which is clearly a pull out. The fans in each bedroom were extremely hard to understand how to turn on and off, which is the strangest thing I've ever encountered in a home - should just be a switch to turn on and off, which was not the case. The noise was the worst part - granted, it's a busy street but the sirens and parties outside sounded like we were on street level and they were directly outside our room window. I've stayed at the hotel up the street and didn't have the noise issue we had here. It's a beautifully laid out home and with some upgrades, it will be a prime space to rent out, but still feels unfinished & has a long way to go to get there.
