• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• Guest will need to present their ID and credit card for deposit.

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

    Everything was great. The condo had some wear and tear not noticeable in the pictures, but nothing major. I will say the parking garage is almost impossible to navigate with a full size truck or SUV. Overall we had a great time, and the location is fantastic.

    This was a great property to stay at with a larger group — tons of space, large living area and the bedrooms were a good size. Easy walk to Canal to get the trolley to the Garden District and maybe 10 minutes to the French Quarter. Check-in was seamless and there was good communication between the owner when we had questions.

    It's an condo in a large complex that is right next to the french quarter. We walked their several times a day in the middle of Mardi Gras with no issues. Awesome location! The condo itself is very nice and comfy. The building feels very secure and there is a parking garage across the street that was easy to get to. 10/10!
