Stayed Feb 6, 2026Our experience started with the Front Desk Attendant! He was amazing!! He was very kind and helpful at check-in and even our early 5am check-out. The lobby was nice and uniquely staged with decorations that was a work of art. The Mixologist at the bar was Phenomenal!! His drinks have as much flare and snazz as his head to toe appearance! He doesn't miss! Ask him to make you the Muse Clio!!...it will not disappoint. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the restaurant so I can't speak to it.Our room was a room. The bed was comfortable. The carpet, I love! The shower was very nice..the sink a little small. There was a refrigerator but no microwave--which was a bummer for carryout food. There is No View from the room because there is No Window. We didn't go to N.O. for the view from the room..so it was fine.The location is spot on! Definitely will be returning!

Stayed Oct 30, 2025Very nice hotel. Clean and inviting. I loved the Halloween decorations. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Great area close enough to the party but not in the middle of chaos. Low key, relaxed and authentic New Orleans atmosphere. Super close to the trolley which was free on Saturday! Great reataurants and bars are within a reasonable walking diatance. Staff was courteous and kind, a bonus!

Stayed Sep 23, 2025I expected a small room, but there were no windows at all in my room; that was unexpected. Also, we kept the AC at 65 but the room temp stayed at 80. It was pretty hot.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in and valet was great! No issues checking in or out. Hotel is in a great location and was very nice. Our hotel room did not have a window which was weird but made for sleeping in very easy!
