Stayed Jun 29, 2025Room and facility were fine. Customer service from staff definitely needs improvement. I was ignored every time I approached the front desk. I just stood there while staff continued personal conversations. I was never addressed until I interrupted. This happened multiple times with different front desk staff. I will probably try a different place next time in NOLA.

Stayed Mar 4, 2025Everything was nice and beautiful, I would love to come back and visit with family and friends. WiFi just was poor and the tv kept going out but everything else was good. Staff on duty was so nice and helpful

Stayed Aug 24, 2024This is not a place for someone who has mobility issues. The living room/kitchen area has 3 steps to go up and down from the hall into the living/kitchen. If you spend enough time inside the apartment, that can be quite difficult. There is no food truck. The neighborhood is not a place I would want to be staying overnight. The valet parking is quite expensive per day, though, it is necessary because parking is not easy. After doing a couple excursions, we spent most of our time in the room and wifi was out most of the day and it was never fixed. Personally, I would not spend the money on this place.
