Parking
This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby:

• Premium Parking P346 – 2-minute walk (typically $30–35/night)

• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!
Things to know
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    The location is perfect being walking distance to everything. We did have a few issues that were mostly resolved while we were there - Someone previously had broken the bed support beam and the pillows were flat. We called/messaged and they fixed the bed and brought new pillows the next day while we were exploring (thank you!). There was some mold on the ceiling that still hadn't been fixed from previous comments, but they were supposedly were going to work on it after our stay. We would recommend staying in this building for the location. There is a rooftop, but the furniture needs to be updated, but its a fun spot to hang out at. Very close to Ruby Slipper (fantastic food), Sazerac House (good tour and a few free samples), and many good bars/restaurants/even the Caesars Dome.

    Easy entrance able to access the rooftop in order for coffee and in the mornings the only issue was there had obviously been a water leak at some point because the paint in the bathroom and some other areas were still droopy and not repaired

    The only thing I didn't like were the huge dumpsters right outside the building. Hope they don't stay there year round. But over it was a beautiful stay and we had a great time.
