Prime location, Walk to all the French Quarter attractions. Ideal for groups.

We rented both upstairs and downstairs units for 15 people. Property Is centrally located close to French quarters, river front and Bourbon Street. Has gated parking for 4 vehicles. Property was clean, has enough beds for 16 adults, two kitchens and space for group gatherings. Mike is excellent host and communicated key information well in advance clearly.Would recommend.

Location, house, and host was great. A toilet broke at 1am and Mike came over to fix it within 20 minutes. Would 100% book this place again in the future.

We booked this space for 14 ladies celebrating my daughters Bachelorette party over a weekend. It was perfect! Lots of space, cute courtyard in the back to enjoy drinks and pictures. Location was excellent, we were able to walk to just about everything. The host was great and super responsive. House was stocked with great amenities- travel size toiletries and tons of towels. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. House was great for our large group and host was very accommodating! We recommend this house, we had the best time!!

Fantastic place to stay for large groups in the French quarter. Our host Mike was super proactive and we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10

A wonderful stay. Great location.

Great house in a great location! Easy to walk or Uber.

Perfect place for 10 guys for a fantasy football draft.Very Clean, tons of room,

House was amazing for our group of 18! Lots of hang out room in the down times. Close to the French Quarter and absolutely everything we did was a 20 min walk or less…10 to Bourbon St! Both of our excursions (Swamp tour and Plantation) had a pick up location 3 min way. Very convenient location. Mike was an absolute dream to deal with and responded immediately. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Mike!

The people that went were happy with the layout of the place. It made it allowed a lot of good hang out time because of the open concept.

The host, the house, the location all excellent. Couldn't ask for a better, more smooth check in process. Walking distance to the entire French Quarter and plenty of room for all 15 of us.

I had booked this Vrbo for a friend’s bachelor party, and the property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean, awesome backyard patio, and an incredible balcony that overlooks rampart street. Mike was also a really great host. He was very accommodating, and responsive throughout and leading up to our stay. Probably the best part was how close we’re to anything in the French quarter which allowed us to avoid taxis and ride-share apps.

Thanks so much :)

This place was perfect for a large group of friends. Location was great for walking to the French Quarter, and there was plenty of space for us to gather when we were at the house.
