Premium Queen Room in Motel in SOMA, Free Parking,Breakfast,15 Min to Moscone

The room was adequate. Staff was minimally responsive. Parking difficult; had to turn around in tight spot to go out the same door.

The free and secure on-site parking was amazing. The room was clean and coffee in the morning wasn’t bad. Would stay here again!

Great manager and loved having parking available to us. Almost all of the listings for restaurants and delis were wrong on platforms like google, Apple Maps and yelp. Went to 4 different restaurants and all info was wrong from time to of they even served food anymore. Had to leave the area for dinner. This is NOT the hotels problem they were great except for the incredibly strong fragrance in the room. It was lovely but overpowering. Would recommend this place but be prepared to drive vs walk to eat.

It was nothing more than a very basic hotel room in an inexpensive but secure hotel.

Cool for a Weekend getaway close to oracle park for the game. Quiet at night. Very honest people i left my watch in the room and forgot it and called and they found it and held for me until i picked up.

All went smoothly and I arrived already enough to get a parking spot!

Older, but clean and located in a convenient area of town. Parking was a plus.

We had a car and there was inside parking making it fantastic for us . We had to drive across town to get to Fishermsns wharf , Goksen gate the avenues etc .. 15 min at most with traffic ! The folks running the inn were friendly helpful and the atrium was fun ! The rooms a bit smaller than expected but ok for being in the city with the price !

Location- Many negative reviews in regards to the surrounding areas. Don't be too turned off. All or cities have similar pockets of homeless people & run-down areas, but we didn't feel uncomfortable or threatened. People keep to themselves and generally don't bother you. Be aware of your surroundings & keep valuables out of sight. Decently walkable & MUNI transit is easy to access from the hotel. $5 MUNI day pass gets you anywhere. The building & room- Older motel style w/ secure garage & buzzer entry. Decent bed, toiletries, clean towels. Plain furnishings, nothing fancy, yet kept clean. We're a mid 30s active couple who travel on a budget whenever possible & this place met the requirements for a comfortable room to sleep after a busy day of sight seeing. Service- Free wifi, breakfast w/oatmeal packets, packaged pastries, coffee, tea. Good coffee shop 2 doors down. Clear parking instructions (1st come 1st served parking but there always seemed to be a few empty spots. We kept our car there the entire 3 days as MUNI was much easier and economical). It was a mostly secure lot, but noticed a spot where one could climb up from the hedges into the lot, so everything visible came out of the car). Drop room keys off at desk at any time before leaving. Elevators out of order; 1 star dinged since we had a ton of camping stuff to lug up & down 3 flights of stairs. Overall 4 stars for cost efficiency, decent room & professional service. Good for us, might not be everyone's fit.
