Periwinkle Inn of Cape May is an Oceanfront Boutique Hotel Room

The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade and quality renovation. You can tell that it was recently renovated, but it was done on the cheap. It is in need of a serious update. The location is unbeatable, but it is showing its age in spite of the new IKEA furniture in the rooms.

We were there for only one night and were very pleased with the service and attention we received. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and were easy to reach when we needed them.

Great spot. Clean, convenient and accessible to everything. Parking is simple and staff are quite courteous. Very enjoyable stay... will be back.

It was convenient and so close to the beach. My kids absolutely loved the play area and the fish pond! It was perfect being on the first floor

The Periwinkle is a great place to stay for a weekend trip or getaway. The location is nice. The staff is friendly. However, the rooms need some updating (brighter lightbulbs, more comfortable pillows, etc).

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. Beautiful location.

The property was very clean and staff helpful. Mixup originally when requested a cot (received a crib) but another call and it was rectified. Only complaint is the bathroom (toilet/shower area) was extremely small.

The hotel is cute! Rooms face the pool and have balconies…the onsite parking was convenient (I was there on a holiday weekend so would have been potentially challenging to find street parking). I was only there for one night and did not spend much time in to room but it had all I needed to sleep comfortably. Thank you!

Great slight mildew odor

Very nice and conveniently located hotel. Only issue was with the AC unit that made a loud noise periodically as it turned on and off.

First time in Cape May, this place was really cute, great location, quiet, and clean! Definitely will come back and next time get a room with an ocean view.

This property is in a great location and walkable to many restaurants and other attractions.

Lovely, quiet place, very clean and family oriented. A short walk from a bit busier section which is perfect.
