• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• Guest will need to present their ID and credit card for deposit.

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

    This was my very first trip to New Orleans, so I was very excited when I found this penthouse. Check-in was easy, the penthouse looked very clean. Some of the issues we had to were: 1. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. 2. Upstairs was EXTREMELY hot, the air conditioner would run but it did not cool off the bedroom. 3. The shower head did not work well and the water pressure was weak. I emailed them at about 1am and they did send the maintenance man out before 9am. Very speedy response!! Also, the shower should really have a door. The water gets outside of the shower. 4. The parking lot the was suggested for the Hosteeva tenants to park in right across the street was not safe at all!! We could literally see the parking lot from our terrace. Our truck was 1 of 12 cars broken into the first night we were there!!! DO NOT PARK THERE!!!!! Honestly, the recommendation of the lot should be removed from the suggestion list!! Park in the garage next to it. While I am grateful for certain things, the truck being broken into was a complete damper on the trip, but we were still able to make the best of it. Thank you Hosteeva staff for the speedy response in regard to the shower head!!!

    Loved the condo. We would have enjoyed using the icemaker. Not sure if it wasn't hooked up or broken. The space is fabulous and the view and balcony are perfect. Neighbors that were using the public balcony next to us were a nuisance and yelled at us when we asked them to keep it down at 5am. Great location and super close to everything.
