• Premium Parking P346 – 2-minute walk (typically $30–35/night)

• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!
Things to know
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    Some pre- existing damage when arrived, but the host was super communicative, also pretty clean a couple cockroaches were hanging around.

    This is a perfectly-located apartment for any stay in New Orleans. Whether you want to hit the French Quarter or spend more time in the CBD or Garden District, everything is nearby! Be prepared for it to be noisy at night, especially on weekends, as drunk people wander away from the Quarter and trucks make deliveries nearby. And don't flop down on the couch unwittingly because it has some super hard support beams in it that make its existence pretty pointless. Overall, a great stay.

    The location had much more room than expected. It was very clean and the host provided plenty of towels and blankets. Its 2 blocks away from the mall and about 3 blocks away from all of the action on Bourbon St. Great Location! The living room couch is a basically a futon that folds into a bed. It's adequate for children but I would not recommend adults use it to sleep on. It's just so uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing an air mattress if possible, especially if you will be staying a few days. The walls on the building are very thin. You can hear most of what your neighbors are doing and vice versa. Ther e were several times where I heard footsteps from the next apartment and thought there was someone walking in my apartment. This could be bothersome to some people. I still give it 5 stars because it is a nice place and you absolutely can't beat the value that we received for a place in the French Quarter. Four nights here was much less than any hotel we could find during that time.

    The unit's location is walking distance to nearly everything! We felt this location was so convenient and it saved us a pretty penny to be walking distance from everything. There were two things that were a little disappointing such as very loud neighbors that kept slamming doors and arguing and in addition there was a morning where we had one of the property managers come in to spray for bugs I appreciate that they took the time to actually do that but I felt there could've been a more appropriate time such as when we checked out. However we were never really in the unit because we were so enticed by all the attractions nearby so when we came back it was so homey and welcoming and we felt very safe in the building. Would definitely go back!

    We loved our stay and location of the property. Property was perfectly clean and well appointed. The only downfall is the street noise from deliveries to the delivery dock across the street. We had everything we needed in the kitchen with the exception of some bakeware for the oven. We would definitely stay again only this time with some ear plugs for a better night sleep. We hope to see you next year!!
