WHAT TO EXPECT WITHIN THE PROPERTY

BEDROOMS

Your villa has a total of five bedrooms which can accommodate up to a maximum of 13 guests.

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, and all are having their own balcony overlooking the Victoria Reservoir. 01 of them are AQUA PAVILION which has a queen-sized bed.. it has designed for a couple.

The remaining bedroom on the first floor and bedroom on the second floor are named SUPERIOR SUITE & NATURE SUITE. These family rooms are designed for 04 guests and have a very comfortable king-sized bed and a single bed. Also, these two bedrooms are very spacious, and even they have a sofa and a dining table. Of cause, all have private balconies.

At the top of the villa, which means on the third floor there is a forth bedroom. This room is very special. It's our SKY PAVILLION. When you enter your private balcony, you will see a bathtub on your balcony. Enjoy and relax while soaking in cold waters, under the stars, or during the day, it doesn't matter anymore.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have attached full bathrooms (toilet and shower) with hot and cold water.

RESTAURANT AREAS and MORE

Our open-air restaurant, BBQ Grill, indoor restaurant area, living room, and resort garden are all for you. Please enjoy!

Breakfast is included and more meals outside the free breakfast are provided at added costs. You will definitely enjoy our meals, specially prepared for you with our care and love. Our menu includes Srilankan, Indian, Chinese, and Western dishes of your choice. Big portions and taste good.

At the open-air restaurant, we can arrange BBQ nights for you. Don't forget to request!
