Stayed Aug 8, 2025I would give the hotel a 9 out of 10. We loved the location as we could walk to everything in Cooperstown. It’s a very easy place to find and parking is included. The room was nice, bed was comfy and they did not hang the bath towels over the toilet like in hotels. That drives me crazy. The iron and the hairdryer were a little dusty, I just wiped them off. I wish there was a small shelving/table in the bathroom. Plenty of space and it would’ve added to the ease of having someplace close to put my glasses while showering as counter space is very little. I wish they also had a lock code for the front door so that not just anyone could enter.

Stayed Oct 12, 2025Great location in the center of the village meant a short walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame, shops and restaurants. It was only a few minutes to the Farmer's. Museum. The ride around the lake is beautiful. The proximity to Oneonta provides another local area to enjoy.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Location location it’s everything. The basics Dated room, tiny TV ..bring your own TP and towels as they are rather thin and small. Like staying at a Red roof in but close to everything. Would we stay here again? Probably Go to Cooley’s and Doubleday for breakfast

Stayed Oct 26, 2024We stayed one night to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. The location of the Hotel Pratt was central to all sights just off the Main Street. There was safe parking and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.
