Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. Big closets, lots of drawers for storage. Nice sitting area & kitchen. Perfect for what we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very poor check in experience. No communication and had to pls phone tag at midnight w Vrbo corporate. This is just a hotel/extended stay. Accommodations were fine.

Furniture was very beat up. Couch was so worn in the center you basically couldn’t sit on it. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional.

We had a good stay and liked the layout. The rooms were clean but need a refresh. Some peeling paint and the headboards need to be replaced. Also, the exterior grounds are a mess. A derelict shopping cart, plastic pipes and a lot of junk laying out, not to mention a dude working on his car jacked up in the parking lot. Just a strange vibe, especially in the middle of Schaumburg. front desk staff was good though, as they got us a different suite since our first one reeked of cat pee. Not kidding!

It's a budget hotel so keep that expectation. Staff got me what I needed but I needed multiple things that weren't in room and should have been. Had to change from original room as 1st was not acceptable.

The place was located in a great area. Biggest concern was just cleanliness there was rotting food in the cabinets that housekeeping didn't pick up on and the place just had a funny smell we had to keep the windows open to air it out. But for the price in the location I would stay there again definitely.

Very beautiful entryway/office. Our hotel room was dingy with very old furniture and needing update...as well as the sportcourt area and pool. Still a good stay but nothing like the pictures.

The front desk people were very friendly and very helpful.I have tried to get a hold of the property manager and they have blond returned my calls.Rooms were very unclean. 1st place had a musty smell and was full of spiders and ants when we woke up the next morning. Requested a 2nd room and they accommodated us but, the 2nd room I had to kill four spiders and a lot of ants. I would not stay at this place again.

Very decent place to stay. Nothing fancy but it was clean and felt very safe. My only complaint is that there was a very distinct smell of Marijuana in the room. But it eventually went away.

When we arrived, the heat was completely turned off. So, it took about an hour to be warm enough. Also, there were a couple loud parties going on until the wee hours of the morning. To be fair, we did not call the property manager.

This was our first stay at this property. We had five family members and two dogs. Most of the units around us had dogs which was great! Then if our dogs barked, we didn’t feel bad. The units definitely could benefit from some updating, but were fairly clean and comfortable. Another plus was it’s easy access to I90. That was really helpful!

Tried to modify our dates, they still charged us for a night. Carpet and couch stained. NO pots or pans, so much for you don't need to bring a thing. No elevators, I told the front desk my husband is disabled, we still got 2nd floor. No handicapped parking near our building entrance.

First of all, this is a hotel, not individual cottages. So if you’re interested in this property just book directly through the ES Sonesta site. The rate is cheaper and you don’t get charged the extra fee. The check in process was the best part of our stay. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. The room itself was just ok. The walls were dirty and there was paint peeling in several areas, but there was plenty of space for our family. The exterior of our building smelled strongly of dog poop and there was bird crap everywhere. The gym was not really a gym, just a few cardio machines. No weights or any other equipment. As for breakfast, they don’t really serve it until 9am. They put the food out at 6 and don’t restock it. Twice during our stay we went to breakfast at 8 and they were out of the main breakfast items. The lady in the kitchen would simply just tell anyone coming in “no more.” The WiFi was awful and would only work well if you were in the business center. Not great for us business travelers. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I won’t be seeking out ES Sonesta as My first choice.

My thirteen year old daughter and I had a BLAST! We were there for a week for a sports camp in the area and the property was perfect. We had a second floor room (stairs are fine for us, there is no elevator) and loved our windows overlooking the pool! The whole property is cozy, great little sidewalks. Plenty of parking (parking is free). The location is amazing. Schaumburg has so much to offer, we stopped at different restaurants (Kura sushi, El Taurino, The Cheesecake Factory), Jewel/Trader Joe’s for some groceries… we opted for a two king bedroom, two bathroom room and it was perfect. We had a microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, full size refrigerator with freezer and it was wonderful. We love to keep food and drinks with us and it was so comfortable staying in our home away from home! Plenty of pillows, towels, and the beds were very comfortable too! We also took advantage of the free breakfast many mornings- the oatmeal and pancakes were our favorite, and the staff (entirely- from check in to the breakfast service) was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend staying here!,
