Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was amazing! Exactly what you see is what you’re getting. If I’m ever back in New Orleans this is where I’ll be staying.

Stayed Apr 13, 2019Me and my wife stay in New Orleans probably once every few months. If these places stay with prices under cutting the hotels I will never go back to the Hyatts and Roosevelt type places. This place was located about 100 yards from the Roosevelt, parking and checkin were easy. The room was huge with plenty of space and a private balcony which was a bonus for a night cap and morning coffee. The only negative was when we first arrived there was a smell like someone prior had been smoking a cigar. It was like a bomb in your face the second you opened the door. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning crew or a prior tenant but it was a strong oder but it went away by that night. As far as location it was an A, price was A+, Cleanliness A. Overall this place checks all the boxes for us. We plan to be back

Stayed Feb 19, 2018Our family of four stayed here the week after Mardi Gras. The apartment is exactly as pictured. This is a very upscale apartment with large rooms and great views. The walk out balcony was terrific. I spent a little time out there every morning and evening. It was warmer than usual for February, hot some days. There was usually a breeze out there so it was pretty comfortable. Having the kitchen and refrigerator made breakfast in the apartment an easy choice. We didn't mind coming back early to the apartment because there was so much room to move around in. We had our choice of 2 TVs. The kids could stay downstairs while my wife and I watched something different up in the large bedroom. The bathroom is large with a big shower and 3 shower heads. We don't have anything like this in our home, so it was a treat to use. The location worked out great for us. We flew into MSY. We took the NORTA - E2 city bus which picks up on the departure level of the airport in front of the Delta, United, Air Canada, and more...counter. The E2 cost $2 per person. Take the bus until it ends downtown. The last stop is directly across the street from the California Building. Cross the street and you're at the front door. Returning to the airport was just as easy. We took the 202 express back to MSY. It was a nicer motorcoach. The E2 would take you back too. Allow an hour to get back to the airport. We bought a 1 day ride pass for $3 per person, rode the streetcars in the morning and then jumped to the 202 in the afternoon. We could have spent $50 - $75 getting to and from the airport in a cab. Walking to the French Quarter is easy. Only 3 blocks to Bourbon Street. We went to the Pharmacy Museum for the 1pm tour. (Highly Recommend) We took an Uber which only took about 8 minutes to get there. It was $6. We Ubered back the apartment from Café Du Monde. It cost about $8. This was so much better than staying in a small hotel room, less expensive too. I highly recommend this.
