Look. For the price. And location. If you need to be in this area and not pay too much. This is the spot. Like others have said it is clean enough but I am sure no one has done a deep clean to the unit I was in for quite some time. Pockets of the floor felt like sub floor was rotted out. Smell of some aort of mold? Something. Super noisy birds and area can be loud. But it has a good bed, TV, bathroom, what more do you really need?

Comfortable bed, A/C cool, hot water and clean shower and bathroom. Located close to beach and boardwalk, restaurants(highly recommend Belmont Brewery!), Chuck’s Coffee House was nice.
