Cozy Rooms with WiFi, Fitness Room & On-Site Restaurant/Bar in Schaumburg

Toilet would not flush shower and sink drain were clogged, sink faucet will not open all the way as it hits top of granite shelf and would not drain, the tv didnt work and the phone in room was not operational tried to call front desk but no dial tone.

Awesome stay! Loved not having a rug. Clean floors and an icy air conditioner.

It’s a Radisson I was not aware of that. Not a bad experience but just not what I thought I was signing up for.

First I did not know this room was a Raddison Hotel. The floor felt dirty, we never saw housekeeping. There is no desk or rolling chair.

The lobby and elevator were so hot they never came to bring towels or wash clothes nobody ever came to ask if the room needed anything or to be cleaned at all had to keep going asking for things

My first time booking here, and I would have been fine with the room even though the bathroom light fixture had no bulbs (the outer glass had been placed in the bathtub) and we were unable to be provided a different room. When we arrived I was asked to provide my card in case of damages, which I expected to be a refundable deposit. However, my card was charged a 75 fee when I had already paid for my reservation on Vrbo and I have not received a refund. We checked out on time and we did not damage the room, so there was no reason for the fee. I do not recommend booking here.

The room was very compact, with little spare space for a 2 queen bedroom. There were basically no amenities in the room; No hanger, no hair dryers. The lobby was under construction and not very clean, the hallways are old and dusty.

Smooth check-in, clean room and wonderful bar that serves food.I would definitely stay again

Room clean, fitness room awful!! Have to request house keeping but they do not change sheets. Bar and restaurant bare minimum. They have a nice bar next to hotel(Not the-one located in the hotel) Would not stay again!
