Stayed Apr 26, 2024The property is centrally located, easy walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. It was nicely decorated and spotless, perfect for what we were looking for. Worth noting that there is no dedicated parking spot and sometimes street parking can be a little hard to come by. Also, the unit is 3 floors, with the bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the top floor. So just be prepared for that. Not a problem for us, but might be for less mobile renters. All in all a great stay, Jess was extremely responsive and Nevada City is an awesome little town.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We came into town for a wedding. The house is situated close to the main road with shops and restaurants but it’s tucked away so that it’s private and quiet. Very easy to walk everywhere. The home was cozy and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jess!

Stayed Oct 28, 2023Great location, comfortable surroundings, pleasant, communicative property manager. Because of our ages-old- I made a poor decision about our abilities. The bathroom downstairs and the bedroom two flights up, was hard for us. Otherwise, it was a cool place.
