Beautiful Ocean View With Balcony - Right Next To Beach

TOOK! That is how we felt from the moment we saw our rental, I cried. I expected more from a VRBO. This place calls themselves a resort, NOT EVEN CLOSE! It was an old, run-down hotel that needed updating and a good cleaning! I had no idea our rental was in a hotel. You checked in at a front desk, got key cards, had to ask for extra towels, etc. just like in a hotel. If I had wanted to rent a hotel for the week, I would have stayed at a chain with a good reputation and maybe a continental breakfast. I thought with a VRBO rental you get the benefit of knowing that there is an owner who takes pride in their property. Here, they try to sucker you in to purchasing a time share and then rent it out on VRBO. Totally misrepresented! Each time I have stayed in a VRBO rental it was a privately owned unit or home. This time it was a run down, dirty hotel. We paid a lot to stay there for the week. Never again! It was dirty, in disrepair, black mold, sand on the floor, there was trash in the bathroom trash can, a dirty towel on the sink, the dishwasher had not been emptied (were the dishes clean?), mouth and handprints on the windows, dust on the lamps, dust/dirt on all the ledges and tops of the outlet/light switch covers. I HAVE PICTURES!!! I also have 2 1/2 pages of notes that won't fit here! TOOK!

Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Just a minute to the beach and boardwalk. Nice and clean swimming pool and hot tub. Clean towels provided any time. Roma NY pizza with variety of tasty and adorable food. Easy check in and out. Definitely worth the money. Very happy with our vacation. Thank you.

The property owner is great, the check-in process is very efficient, which was nice. The unit was a bit grubby, but is located within walking distance of several restaurants. It was in a busier area than I like, but that’s just my personal preference. The central location would probably be great for a family with children.

The view was amazing!

The balcony is perfect for enjoying the view of the beach, we saw dolphins nearly every morning. The condo is a good value and was very clean. There are grocery stores/Wal-Mart 10 minutes away by car. The beach is across the street, less than 5 minutes from the room to the water. The staff was very pleasant. It is on the quiet end of the strip which was great for our family. We walked the boardwalk and Atlantic St. everyday. We rented bikes three times. Loved our stay! I deal for a family of 4 with young children. The property owner was very helpful, he communicated everything I needed to know before my arrival and offered tips of things to do etc. I would stay here again.
