Beachfront Stay | 1 King Bed | Steps from Clearwater Beach

It was a too long of walk to the beach very noisy too crowded. The staff at the hotel were amazing.

The hotel was great, good location, great staff. However, we made our reservation through VRBO, and were surprised to learn that the property was actually a Marriott Residence Inn on Clearwater Beach. The reservation process was easy through Vrbo, and the prices were good, but we were unable to make changes to our reservation. When we wanted to add a day to our stay, we were told that VRBO/Roompics could not revise the reservation because it was too late; and Marriott could not add the day because we had reserved through a third-party. Our stay was fine, but a bit frustrating when it came to making reservation modifications.

Beautiful place, I did think it was right on the beach from the picture, however it wasn’t too hard to get there. Also didn’t realize we would need to pay for parking as there is no where else to really park. Will know next time not to rent a car, no need for it, we walked everywhere.

Love having a full kitchen. Great breakfast each morning. Close walk to the beach. Definitely awesome and would stay again.

All pros with only one con. Great value, location and staff. The bar next door on the south side of building with a live band blasting until late night, every night. Didn’t bother us much but can see how others may object.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize that the bar/restaurant next door would be playing blasting music until the wee hours in the morning. Not much the hotel can do about it but just know this before you plan a nice, relaxing stay.

The hotel room was fine. Check in was fine. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on but fine for sitting purposes. I don’t recall seeing a fee for overnight parking, although I may have just missed it. The room overlooked a bar that had a live band that was loud when we trying to sleep. Just mentioning the fact there was a possibility of hearing that may swayed our decision to choose this place. All staff members we encountered were very pleasant to speak with, pool was nice and breakfast was great. If I were to chose this location in the future I’d certainly check the schedule of the bar located next door first.

This hotel is next to an outdoor music bar with concerts nightly until midnight. It's so noisy we couldn't sleep. The ad speaks of Ignite your inner chef but the kitchen is minimal at best. We have more TV stations at home and we don't have cable. There was no Netflix. The couch was so worn and broken down that it literally slanted to the center. It's a very small room and the hotel is 4 minutes to the beach but is in a very busy area with police, cars, horns and screeching cars. It'a party scene so if you're looking for that, this is the place. For over 300 per night we expected so much better, We asked for a different room but they simply told us there's nothing they could do. Didn't offer a discount or anything. The parking is 38 per night plus they expect tips every time you use it. The ad doesn't represent it realistically and if you hope to get any rest, forget it!
