Clean room and excellent host

Me and my family loved it there. Everything was nice. The poolside was amazing. The DJ turned it up and we will be returning. Thank you so much Holiday Inn you guys are amazing. Best customer service ever.

The hotel staff was great and very welcoming

Room, blankets were ripped However staff was attentive when we needed something. The full water park was not available just the pool area which was fun, however not what was advertised. The parking was okay and the overall the room was good, it does need a bit of maintenance for the aesthetic, the table were bruised, mirrors clear damage, other than that we enjoyed our stay

The room was clean but the outside grounds were dirty and a lot of garbage every where including pool deck. The room was also advertised as a full kitchen but there was no kitchen just a sink and microwave.

Yes everything was smooth

This was a resort that was made for staycations ! Everything under one roof, however a little pricey as far as breakfast 20 a day but the bright side kids eat free… the pools were amazing but the actual Waterpark was not in service for smaller kids all and all it was fun stay

Everything was awesome

Rooms were clean. However, lots of small ants on the counters tops. Bathroom and small “kitchen” area cabinets were broken. Parking was right in front. Never had the breakfast so can’t really speak on that.

Parking was anout the only thing oleasant wirh this stay. Felt like i was walking into a jail cell No handsoap in bathroom. Damp. Did not get breakfast, tried to get supper but was told they were closed ay 815 even though the sign said 9. Young lady at the ice cream shop and at check in wad very pleasant. Lady at front desk in morning was not so friendly but did refund me 45ish due to top bunk ned being broken and not safe. Also , was unable to use wave rider. Check in is is not until 4pm. You have to make reservations to ride it, they closed at 6 and kids were told it was booked up. However, for the 30 minutes that we were there, not one person was on it. Then check out is at 10am. When would the children use their time? Also pool area was dirty from all day, ground felt slimey and needed to be cleaned. I did like the drink truck and lobby area was nice and smelled good. Otherwise, i would not recommend this holiday inn to anyone. It made me feel homesick!

Room was okay. Very very small. Pools and slides were great kids loved them. Booked through VRBO trying to use my keycash and it never applied and I can’t use it at this resort even though they are on VRBO app. Very deceiving. Also when you walk in they are very very pushy about a “free gift” and want all of your info. Be careful what you give them.

Great atmosphere

breakfast was great but a little expensive for more than 2 days as an adult, but enjoyed it. Sarah at the outside bar was amazing very friendly full of conversation remember my name and the reason i was there. Joshua and the crew in the burger place was very pleasant and patient with the crowd. would love to stay here again and recommend to friends.

For the price and location it was a great deal!

NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERNo water pressure. If you have longer hair you are looking at a 30 minute minimum shower NO EXAGGERATION HERE. So plan accordingly. The housekeeeper was still in the room when we arrived. She was confused by our presence but she did not speak english so we could not communicate. The room had a minimal clean. No wiping down of the shower or faucets. Just a quick change over clean. It is a small room which is ok but the pictures make it seem larger. The seond bedrooom does not have a door so if you have peole who need to change clothes its a waiting game for the bathroom The one set of water slides were underconstruction so we could not do those and the surf pool was completely booked so we could not enjoy that either. So if you plan on using that figure out ahead of time how to book that. I did not see that you had to pre book that upon booking but that could be that I overlooked it. Also there is a 35 a day surprise parking fee and a 29 resrot fee you get notified about AFTER you book . So if you are on a very low budget trip and another 153 for the weeknd will limit you from going them know that part ahead of time. I may have looked over that part to but also feel that should be very clear and part of the booking.

Everything was excellent as promised. I recommend it.

To much for a parking,the first time that I pay for a parking at the hotel.

Overall, our stay was decent, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.One of the biggest frustrations was the unexpected parking fee. The listing did not mention that parking would cost over 30 per day, which added up quickly and should definitely be disclosed upfront.The layout of the unit was also misleading. It’s advertised as a two-bedroom, but the second “bedroom” does not have a door and serves more as a walkthrough space to access the primary bedroom. This made privacy difficult and didn’t match our expectations.We also noticed that the bathrooms were not stocked with washcloths, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the elevator was not working during our stay, which made getting around more difficult and time-consuming.On a positive note, we did enjoy some of the amenities. The waterslide and the FlowRider were both highlights and worked well.Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, the lack of transparency and a few key inconveniences impacted our experience.

Spring break on Thursday. Hotel staff was amazing dealing with the hotel being over booked. Booking doesn’t mention reservation process for flowrider. Flowrider registration, the guest has to scan a QRcode that is provided during on a ppeinted sheet of paper hotel check oiin. Limits 1 booking each day/guest. Florider experience is shared with 8 guests. 4:00 check in had extremely long wait. 30 minutes. Loud high pitched ringing coming from the pool pump heard clearly inside the room. Leaky shower. Broken toilet seat. Overpriced food.

The room was clean and staff was great

This wasn’t at all what I expected. The room was very small for a “2br”. The room somewhat clean but the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone who just lifted the drain but never fixed the issue. The amenities would’ve been great if the place was clean. The pool had trash around it. I only let my son stay in for an hour, because I was afraid he was going to get an infection. Let’s just say thank you but no thank you. The host was very responsive which I appreciate and the front desk person was very delightful

The size of room and amenities were great! Although one of the beds was not clean and we asked them to come and put new bedding and it didn’t happen.

The property overall was clean and family friendly. The checking process ran into a few issues, especially when needing to let the property know that I would be arriving after 11pm, in order to avoid being considered a no show.

At check-in, fine print fees were assessed on top of ridiculously expensive parking fees of 34 per night. Breakfast was not included tho other holiday inns offer it for free. 53 for two adults and a kid.Floor of the hotel room was filthy incl toenails from prior occupant. The water in the bathroom sink got so hot that my son burned his hands. I asked them to address this and they said they were sending someone to fix it, but the water stayed that hot during our stay.The hotel room itself was dingy, especially the bathroom with water damage and poor quality furniture.

Room was clean and nice. Host was responsive. Breakfast was okay, although for the price wouldn’t recommend. Location was pretty good, close to parks and everything needed.

I guess you get what you pay for. We weren’t able to get our room key until 7pm on the day of check in. Even with the delay I wouldn’t say that our room was ready, there was no soap or shampoo in any of the dispensers, just conditioner. The “suite” looked much bigger and nicer in the pictures. The water coming from the faucets/shower stunk. Don’t be fooled this is a hotel, it’s just not listed that way. That being said, my kids did enjoy the pool area and it is very close to the Disney parks. This was my first experience with VRBO and it wasn’t great, I’ll learn from my mistakes….

Love it here. The only problem I had was the check in process was long and room wasn’t ready but I will recommend here. The kids ate free, they get free movie theater and shows and the pool was amazing

Loved the passes to the water park. Room was nice but the floors were dirty. Like walking in bare feet in the room and when you got in the shower there was dirty water coming off of your feet. This is after having shoes and sock on all day.

Nice lil place

When I booked, I didn’t know it was at a resort. The rooms were noisy. You could hear everything through the walls. One of the elevators wasn’t working so the wait was really long. No kitchen in the rooms. And I had to pay additional resort fees when I checked in. I was not aware if this. Luckily, they waived my parking fees. For the money, this was not a good experience.

Elevator was down in building and had carry all furniture up 6 flights both ways. Check in took forever.

Lots of fun

Our room was clean, the facility was clean, the facility shows a little wear, but it is what i expected for the price. My son really enjoyed the pool area and arcade.

Very fun for the kids. Pool towels low on a few occasions. Not enough bath towels for the amount of guests, and no washcloths or a bath mat upon arrival. Kids allowed in adult only hot tubs. Exceptionally clean public bathrooms, great options for food. Very nice and accommodating staff. Room was nice and an extra room with bunks a plus. 4 stars over all!

The room was clean and surprisingly, it was pretty peaceful and lots fun! The water park is a dope idea for families.

The check-in fees are much higher than stated.

The room could have been cleaner and there needs to be more sheets/ blankets for each bed. We did bring our own but had we not it wouldn’t have been enough. The room was wiped down but needs a deep cleaning. The room and hotel itself were nice and there was a lot of stuff to do with our kids

Everything was great, Mrs/Ms Habiba who checks for breakfast was the sweetest she was so tickled by our chunky baby. Memphis is also one who was very helpful during the stay getting towels and things sent up as requested. 10/10 recommend. There is sooooo much to do here the lagoon area for the kids and the waterpark area for the adults is super cool. We overly enjoyed our stay room was great mattress a little stiff sheets really thin other than that I can’t complain

Honestly I don't even know where to begin. The address we were given was a vacant field with Woods on them and I called and called someone finally answered the phone and said that's our old address yet there's nothing there like no buildings or anything so they gave us another address and we made it there properly after driving 14 hours and looking for it for 30 minutes. I was told we couldn't do early check-in so I was forced to book an extra day I get there and I'm told will sure you could have and why did you pay for a second day you could have just sent us a note and I said I sent many notes and spoke to many people that was the first arrival. We get to our hotel room and it reeks of marijuana at 5:30 in the morning I got immediately call the front desk and I'm told sorry no one's going to be here till after 8:00 to bring you anything to make your room smell better would I like someone from security to come over and write a report but not bring any air freshener.Can we all get settled in to go to bed at 6:00 in the morning and the tub is running literally and I have videos of it and would not stop so I called and they said oh maintenance is not in yet but we'll get someone to send to it so we put towels over it so it would drip in the towels and not make noise like it was because we had 5 people and I was the one sleeping in the living room so I heard it the loudestWwent to desk about all the issue's and was promosed they would all be resolved and nothing was by 11

Please contact the Resort first before you book!!! It's construction going on that the host on Verbo will not be honest with you about. They'll say they're checking into it just to get back with you once it's too late to get a refund back. The construction is so bad here that soon as we went to check in, my wife refused to stay there. So we loss out on our money and had to get another room for the weekend at the Holiday Inn a couple miles away from there.

Only one pool with the 3 slides are open, asks for more towels and conditioner that never came, rooms get humid fast if someone uses the shower. Staff was friendly but wish it was what was offered

Bunk bed had a broken lat and hair was on blanket also used badaids in main room all issues fixable the rest wasnt bad pretty and fun place overall No shuttle to airport or universal Resort misinformed us when we called found out last min

Not was a was expecting…very poor quality and it was very loud we could hear everything in the other rooms and at the basketball court and pool (very loud music) The room was very clean but way too small

Room flooded during shower. Staff tried to move us to rooms that were already occupied. Third time is a charm we finally got a new room at midnight. The water park is non-existent and is under construction. The pool is still there. I wouldn't recommend

Just an overall lovely experience wish it was longer had some rain but the room was amazing

The hotel was a fun place to land after our daily park visits and activities. My daughter loved the FloRider and water slides. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Amenities and closeness to everything we wanted to do! The waterpark on site was a PLUS! the restaurants and arcade rooms were a good plus for the kids and the theater!

Everything was great. The only thing was due to our close proximity to the pool area it was loud when trying to put to sleep young children.

Great space do the money with really nice amenities for the kids. The only slight drawback is the smell of chlorine being located next to the pool. But otherwise a nice, clean, and spacious suite.

The staff was amazing!! From check in to dinning I was very impressed with the kind and helpful staff!

Once we got everything situated our stay was good. We definitely look forward to the renovations because the hotel is dirty on the outside. For the most part, our rooms were clean enough. However, we definitely understand that along with the renovations will bring higher prices being charged.

Enjoyed the stay. Had a little issue with one of wrist band keys.

The check in was way too long. They could not find reservation even with confirmation number. Gave us a room with a door that would not latch or shut, had to turn lock for it even to close all the way. The second bedroom did not even have a door on it? No sure why.

We stayed just one night to go to New Year's Eve at SeaWorld. The vibe and atmosphere at the resort was amazing upon arrival and we could've rang in the new year from there if we chose. Staff was smiling and friendly even with the busyness of check-in. The room was very comfortable and spacious for such a small place. My only concerns about the room were that it was hard to figure out the light and fan in the main bedroom and there was blood on the side of the toilet that we noticed when we returned from SeaWorld. The beds were super comfortable and the pullout couch was a great bonus for my teenager. The next morning we did check out the “lagoon” area even though it was cold. Several people were swimming but we did not. I was very disappointed in the Basketball area. That was something my family was looking forward to and the online picture showed several hoops, but in reality, there was one hoop and three other empty poles where hoops used to be. The court or the online picture needs to be updated as in reality it’s pretty rundown compared to the picture. Overall, we will be returning to this property.
