1 Bedroom Studio: Heart of Downtown Nashville, Walk to Broadway

Room was excellent! Very close and easy walk to all of the downtown fun on Broadway. Super easy check in and checkout. Loved every bit of it! Will book here again!

I recently stayed here for a quick trip to Nashville and had a great experience overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. The self-check-in and self-checkout process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free—perfect for a low-contact stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping well (aside from one issue below).One of the best parts was the location—it was less than a 10-minute walk to Broadway, which made it really convenient for getting to and from the downtown area without needing a long drive or rideshare.There were a couple of downsides: I could frequently hear footsteps and movement from the room above, which was a bit disruptive, especially at night. Also, the overnight parking fee was steep—something to be aware of if you’re bringing a car.All in all, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I’d consider staying here again, mainly if the noise issue gets addressed or you’re lucky enough to be on the top floor.

Stayed in a Pocket Bode room. Small bu great for a couple of nights. Had what we needed. Friendly staff

The hotel staff were in touch with me months before we were staying, a personal text introducing themselves and asking if we had any questions. The check in/out process was super easy, the place was in a a great location in downtown and place was so nice!

When we arrived, our room number and code was sent to us and said our room was ready. When we got to the room, we opened the door to find that someone from the connecting room opened the connecting door and had people staying in the room that was supposed to be ours. I went down to the front and they quickly got us another room, gave us a free parking code, and gave us a bottle of champagne!

Nice hotel close to Broadway! It’s an easy 4 block walk and the bar and restaurant on site are great

Our stay at Bode was lovely. We were able to walk to every location we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable, and the room was just the right size.

Perfect accommodations for our visit to see a concert at Ascend.

The Bode was clean and well taken care of! We had an easy check in and check out process and had everything we needed while there. Highly recommend!

We loved the location and property! They even contacted us beforehand and had the fridge stocked with our selected purchases before we arrived. Great service just a text away. We will definitely stay here again!
