Our stay at the Wyndham near Gaylord Opryland was fantastic! The property was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the Gaylord, making it the perfect location for our trip. We loved having all the comforts of home without the high cost of staying at the resort itself. The amenities were well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth. If you're looking for a spacious, budget-friendly alternative near Opryland, this is a great choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the pool activities. Girls did a great job offering entertainment. Close to opry and lots of restraints, music bar in walking distance. We ha great time. On the could be better side there were some minor issues with the unit. The property maintenance team came quickly and corrected. The property is a little tired but overall a good value.

Our family of 4 stayed here 7 nights in a 2BR, 2BA condo. We were in Nashville for a softball tournament, so all the team families rented their own units through VRBO on this same property. Pros: * Washer/Dryer in our unit * 2 outdoor/1 indoor pool options and an outdoor hot tub * Grilling area w/ pavilion and picnic tables to eat outdoors with friends (when available) * Small but adequately stocked kitchen to make a few meals and our morning coffee * Complimentary bags of ice for coolers available at the front desk every day * Indoor room at the clubhouse for gathering/meal with tables & chairs large enough to accommodate our group of 50-60 * Very close access to the highway * Bracelet key cards so our kids didn’t lose their key every 5 seconds Cons: * This property is a time-share so you’ll get a sales pitch at check-in. We weren’t expecting this and after our 8 hour drive we just wanted to get in our unit. We turned down the 90-minute presentation and received daily calls offering different incentives to attend. * Unlike other VRBOs we’ve rented, you may or may not get the unit you see online - this place runs like a hotel so you’ll get what’s available at time of check-in. Our unit was as described, but several other families in our group had to get moved to another building/unit to accommodate their reservation or family needs. One family with us (2 adults w/ 5 children) arrived to find there were no units big enough for all of them even though they’d reserved & paid in advance through VRBO. They had to go to a store and buy air mattresses and have 2 kids sleep there all week. * There was major reconstruction going on all around us on the property and a ton of noise early in the mornings. * Our condo was fine and met our needs but was run down and hasn’t been renovated or styled in a long time. * Never saw housekeeping once (at our unit or even on the premises) in a week * Never received fresh towels after repeated calls to the desk. Overall, it was okay and we were glad not to be on top of each other in a hotel for a week, but I’d never stay here again if it was just our family on vacation not staying with a big group. The shuttle offered by the property was $15 pp/day and we got a parking spot from SpotHero for a lot less than that every time we went into the city - it’s about a 20 minute drive downtown.
