We had a group in a two bedroom deluxe. It was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Always enough room for the whole family and enjoyed the full kitchen.

Wonderful stay!

Checkin was quick. The room location is the lowest level, right below the level where the waterpark traffic is, so you do get a decent amount of elephant stampede noise from all the tiny feet between 7AM-10PM, but it's pretty quiet outside of those hours. The room was well stocked and well laid out. A few minor things in need of repair (bathroom door handle, shower floor patch), but neither thing affected the quality of our stay. We'd stay here again!

Everything was great. The only complaints were the lack of cleanliness of the mattress cover on the pullout couch--we think that may have been due to crumbs etc. in the couch that got transferred onto the clean linen. We did have to go to the front desk that night to get a replacement since housekeeping was done for the day, but it was not a big deal. There was also some dried goop on the tile in front of the fireplace. Again, not a big deal at all, but we were concerned they might have thought it was from us. Overall, the unit was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was great.

Nice room with lots of space

We weren’t really given check in instructions until immediately beforehand and I had to ask for it. Ended up going to the wrong desk. Upon getting our wristbands we were roped into a sales meeting which was pretty annoying. The value for our stay was 5/5, we loved that. But unfortunately we slept so horrible because the bed was ultra hard and even after trying out all the pillows, those were horrible too. I ended up with back pain and my husband hurt his shoulder from our sleeping situation. We felt that none of the furniture in the unit was comfortable. The couch wasn’t deep enough and it wasn’t nice to sit on, same with the living room chairs. I feel so old complaining about this stuff but our stay was pretty miserable because of that. I’m only 36 and my husband is 40. Were fit/average and have never had this big of an issue. The other thing I noticed was there was splatter from some sort of drink on a wall in the master bedroom suite. And while I was showering I noticed there were literal spots of BLACK MOLD in the shower all over. I don’t think we’d ever return to this unit.With all that said, the space of the unit was perfect. Our boys had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful! It was a great kitchen space and dining area. We loved all that and felt at home. The staff was very friendly and we were impressed with that! But the Wyndham people constantly trying to sell us on their presentation and free stuff was really annoying.

Clean and well maintained.

The condo was nice but definitely in need of updating. The furniture had parts where the finish had come off. The tile in the bathroom needs regrouting amongst other things. The sheets had an orange stain on one end. There was a dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The couch was very uncomfortable. You could hear every foot step of the people in the unit above us. Plus the condo was quite the walk to the indoor waterparks. Not any fault of the host since it is ran by a larger resort but we will probably not stay in one of the condos again.

We've stayed at Glacier Canyon several times, never dissapppoints. KOALA Vacations was easy to work with through VRBO. The units have what you need to cook all your meals, love that there is laundry in unit and the bathrooms! It really feels like a luxery vacation

Upon check in they were really friendly, even gave my daughter a bag of chocolate covered pretzels for her birthday. After checking in, you go to another desk for your waterpark wristbands. That’s where they tried to get us to become an owner which we declined. The room was much better than we were expecting. Really clean and spacious. Even came with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. The best part for the kids (and adults) was the waterpark, we had a blast. Another kind gesture the staff did was decorate the door to our room for our daughter’s birthday. We will definitely be back!

So much to do and fun for the whole family. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable! Loved the master bathroom whirlpool to unwind after a long day of water park fun!

Room was not ready on time but other that the Waterpark had a lot to do. They keep it clean. Fun for kids. Would come back again in summer to see the outdoor parks.

We stay every year at this location we had 2 adults with 4 kids in a 2 bedroom unit. It was very clean and everything was stocked. Can’t wait till next year

Wonderful place to stay. Went with my family and it was a home away from home. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entire place/waterpark was clean and tidy.

The furniture is showing age, scuffs and small gouges in the vinyl. Wyndam may be working on the sofa cushion to get rid of the coil positioned almost immediately below the center of a person's butt when seated( looks like some kids must have been using the sofa for a trampoline. Housekeeping came in to remove what looked like sludge dribble down the side of one of the cocktail table legs. The property was beautiful otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the bath roomy. Might want to consider hand holds in the shower for older guests. The grounds were beautiful with the only real problem just getting from place to place. It's 400 steps just from the elevator to the condo. Another 2-300steps to get to the handicapped parking. While we're sure it's great for guests with lots of kids, we had to drive to the indoor water parks, putting in over 5000steps daily(more than 2miles).Loved, loved, loved Aquavia Lumina. It took me more than 2hrs to walk it with my condition(normal 45m-1hr), but the frequency of benches throughout the path helped a lot and because we needed to sit to prepare for the next leg, we got to really enjoy the show in depth. The condo's location, distance-wise, was wonderful for going to our favorite restaurant, Ishnala, for my birthday, the whole purpose of the trip. The stay was overall just wish they had more infant friendly activities to do other than the arcade and the water parks but it was a great experience and stay with my family we will be back

We had a great time! Check in went smoothly, loved having the kitchen for meals and the separate bedroom for the kiddos. Wifi was speedy, no problem staying connected. Thanks for the great space for our family vacay in the Dells!

We are regular visitors to the dells. We’ve stayed at all the parks, and the wilderness is our favorite. Lots of water park to explore - indoor and outdoor. These properties are the nicest we’ve stayed at in any of the parks, which includes the cabin rentals at wilderness and kalahari. We’ll look for this property again for future trips.

Our “condo” was clean and comfortable. It looked exactly as advised. Very convenient to Sundara Spa, Del-Bar, and Ishnala; all our favorites. We did not use any resort amenities but were extremely disappointed that the Canyon Ridge Taproom was not open at 5pm in the afternoon.

We had an amazing time. I was so pleased with our two bedroom condo. It was so much bigger then I thought. Very clean. We had a wonderful time.

Waterpark, aqueducts, horseback riding and golf!

We always enjoy staying here. Love the waterparks and having all the convinces of home. We also love having a washer and dryer in unit for wet swim wear.

Nice spacious room with amenities! Had a maintenance issue and it was completely fixed within an hour. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint we would have is that after a full day of swimming and playing in the waterparks, a few of my family of 8 ended up very itchy. I am assuming it had something to do with the saltiness/chlorine in the water. The itchiness deterred us from going in the water on the last day we were there. But other than that, we had a blast.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfy. Pools, slides, food, pool table, coffee, arcade.

It’s such a game changer having a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. No need to eat out for every meal and we don’t all have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. Plenty of room and so much fun stuff to do! Can’t wait to stay again

So comfortable. We loved our accommodations and having water parks, restaurants, arcades within (all indoor) walking distance.

We very much so enjoyed the condo, the space was very nice and clean. We will be booking again for a future stay.

We have stayed at the Wyndham twice now through koala. Everything is great. Rooms were clean and big enough for our family of 5. We will be staying with koala again next year. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience with the manager, Larry. Manager is quick to respond to messages when booking the room. Once confirmed, you will no longer be able to reach the manager. Room was booked for 2 adults 2 kids, under my husband’s name. My husband became sick and was unable to travel. Manager charged 149 to change reservation from my husbands name to mine, WOULD NOT budge or understand that life and illness happens. Tried reaching out to manager but would only hear from customer service team. Customer service blamed it on hotel rules. Hotel blames it on owner’s of room rules. Spoke with hotel manager, he said the owner should NOT be selling off the room and 149 name change charge is 100% because of the owner!! Our last stay with this owner was summer 2024 for dance competition, refrigerator in room did not work. We were understanding that life happens and packed our food in coolers for well over 12 hours while maintenance worked on fridge then eventually replacing the fridge after determining the back as so dirty it was never maintained properly. Never created an issue over the inconvenience of the situation. Even after that situation last summer, we decided to stay there again, same owner, for gymnastics competition. Now when life happens on our side, owner/customer service is rigid and not understanding. Will NOT be back. We are so frustrated by the lack of good customer service. Beware booking with Larry and his team so you do not get caught in our same situation!!!!!

Lots to do for all ages. Would have given 5 stars but for the 2nd time we have had blood in room. Several years ago a shower curtain had blood on it. This year it was drops of blood on 1 beds sheets. 1call and they were replaced, but not a good thing to deal with.But we will and have returned. Love this place.

We’ve booked here several years in a row now, always a great family getaway! We have four kids agd 3-13, always plenty to do. Love the convenience of a kitchen and separate sleeping spaces. Thank you!

Very nice time in waterparks. Accommodations were great. Very much appreciated having a kitchen and laundry in the room. Only down point was extremely loud guests stomping and running around directly above us. Sounded like a heard of elephants. We were on 1st floor.

Our fourth time staying here, we love the room, the resort, the clean waterparks, the water slides...! Service is excellent at Wilderness Resort, packing is easy, washer/dryer and dishwasher make the stay convenient.

Our stay was wonderful! I wish our confirmation email had additional information on where to check in. You have to go to the Wyndham club. We waited at the main resort desk and the Glacier Canyon Lodge desk before arriving at the correct check in liston.

You can catch the shuttle, but walking is usually a little faster. Very fun

The access of check in was great. Room could have been cleaner. We found at least 3 legos on floor. cobweb behind doors and baseboards. Ceiling fan looked hadnt beem dusted in quite some time and tossed dirt at us when turned on and soor to screen patio ripped. With the nice weather we wanted open. The beds. bathrooms and appliances were great. lovation great

We Like the timeshare rooms ..Not a fan of having to do my own towels but whatever...check in is easy but trying not to be rude to the timeshare sales people is hard because they keep trying even after I say no thanks..Over-all We always have a good time and my kids love the Casino..er..I mean Arcades and gokarts ..LOL..

We were a party of 4 women on a Girls’ Trip. Location/property was great and the condo was great. We stayed early October Mon-Thur, so unfortunately, only 1.5 indoor water parks open and many of the Dells activities winding down. Still fun though.Highly recommend this property.
