This spacious 2 Bedroom villa spans roughly 1,400 square feet and sleeps up to eight, with a private primary bedroom and en-suite bath, a second bedroom, and a comfortable living and dining area. The full kitchen makes longer mountain stays easy, and the furnished balcony comes with its own gas grill for evenings in. A fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and whirlpool tub in the primary bath round out the comforts.

With room for eight, a full kitchen, and a location right between Beaver Creek and Vail, this 2 Bedroom villa is a strong fit for a family ski trip or a summer group getaway, with Nottingham Park's lake and trails just steps from your door.

- The Avon Recreation Center Aquatics will be closed from Apr. 13, 2026 to Nov. 20, 2026. The fitness area and locker rooms are expected to remain open
