Stayed Mar 14, 2026Room is nice, however, we were never notified of the major construction happening on the balcony. Not only was the balcony inaccessible, there was extremely loud and sleep disruptive construction started every morning at 8:50 am. The property manager Jeremy communicated with me about this issue but because the owner would not return calls/texts/emails we received no resolution to the problem. Would not recommend renting with the owners of these properties since they have no idea what is happening with the property and don’t seem to care.

Stayed Feb 15, 2026we were informed upon checking in that the unit was being painted outside....well, first we had 3 days of grinding the outside wall of the unit all day....then painters for 2days outside the unit....the windows had blue plastic film on them so we had no clear view of the ocean and one of the 2 balconies were closed....the other was covered in paint chips and stucco everyday. and...they worked all day saturday with a grinder....the front desk played down the disruption frankly they should have been honest straight up and offered a significant discount

Stayed Feb 11, 2023Spent a week with another couple in this spotless, 3rd floor unit overlooking the inland waterway. This is the 1st time I remember thinking that the beds were truly comfortable ( our backs really appreciated that). The kitchen was well appointed and the dining/living room area had clean, comfortable furniture, as well. Be prepared for things like seasonal rates and daily parking fees that may not be readily apparent from the listing.

Stayed Nov 22, 2020Beautiful Condo, Had everything we needed. It is a beachside condo but you are not guaranteed a beach view room. Our room was on the intercoastal which was a big let down in the beginning. But the sunset view, beautiful lights at night, and watching all the boats go by made up for not having a beach view

Stayed Mar 15, 2020Our Spring Break trip to Fort Lauderdale was interrupted by an unwanted guest... The Covid-19 virus. Our stay at the property was great, and would have been a great trip if it wasn't for the virus. When visiting Fort Lauderdale in future, we would definitely stay at this property.
