Luxe Cottage is a privately-owned, recently updated with new flooring and furniture, cozy, upscale townhouse, less than a mile from the beautiful Bavarian town, Leavenworth. We want to make sure your stay is comfortable and entertaining! Enjoy common hot-tub, BBQ, free internet, free parking, enjoy TV or games on our upscale rocking recliner chairs. Both bedrooms have king size beds and one has AC. We have fully stocked kitchen with all amenities needed. We are pet-friendly with a fee. Pleaseask about your pet upfront .

Relax in the Reclining Rocking Chairs in front of the 50-inch flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has a King size bed with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Both King beds have full encasement allergy covers. For your additional guest, we even have a brand new Euro Plush Sleeper Sofa in the living room with options to charge gadgets using electric and USB plugs. You won't miss the game or your favorite show because cable and WiFi are provided at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare a meal just like you are at home. We provide a full-size washer and dryer with detergent so that you can stay for longer periods of time. Air conditioner is in the master bedroom only. We do provide floor fans as well. We offer last-minute specials. But ask that you pay within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. Less if it is last minute.

We are near the golf course and within walking distance to the heart of Leavenworth. Leavenworth is about 2 and a half hours drive from Seatac Airport and about a 50-minute drive from Pangborn Memorial Airport

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our condo. The entire condo has been recently painted, new vinyl and carpet throughout. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. We have set up space so that you can unwind and relax after playing in beautiful Leavenworth. Our prices are based on two people. There is an additional charge for extra people (noted in the rate section) We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit for undisclosed guests and pets.

This condo is just five blocks from the center of downtown Leavenworth, famous for its Bavarian-style storefronts, authentic German food, year-round festivals, and various breweries and wine tasting rooms. Rent paddleboards and kayaks or join a guided river adventure at Osprey Rafting Company right across the street. This condo is also just off Icicle Road, providing you with easy access to the Leavenworth Golf Club, the Snow Lakes Trailhead, and winter sleigh rides.
