No room cleaning during stay Limited shampoo, soap since there was no Cleaning. 1 day worth of coffee. No bottled water supplied Was told at the front desk that it was not a Wyndham property but was in the building. Very confusing setup

After spending our first day out in the hot, humid Nashville weather the only thing that kept us going is knowing what awaited us when we returned...that pool! Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star after we were told to leave the pool because it was reserved for a private party.That was pretty disapointing.

Great property overall. Pool was great as well. Not suited to 4 adults, but we had teens who can sleep anywhere. Pullout isn’t big enough for 2 people btw. Really a 3 person room max. Housekeeping was not as responsive as we’d like, and there’s the sales pitch about the timeshare stuff. All minor though. Parking in street lots is plentiful near hotel and half the price, especially during the week.

We loved it! Location was great, service was great. We enjoyed the pool. Ryan was the best bartender! We will be back

Loved the property and location. Find pool bar had good food and drinks and we had breakfast at Margarittaville which was also very good!! Music was a nice bonus!!

We had a great time, loved our stay.

Great location, room had more than we expected. We did reserve a cabana and it had dirty chairs, no charging station and no one dedicated to wait on us. There were only two people for entire bar/restaurant so not their fault. And when we needed toilet paper, we were given a box of Kleenex.

The place was exactly as described. Such a great location. Walkable to so many attractions. Only thing I would suggest is getting a mattress topper for the pull out couch. The bed is amazing but my daughter said the pull out bed was not as comfortable but overall a great place.

Fast check in, suite was ready for early check in. Friendly staff, great food, very clean. Pillows need improving and showers are weird as they didn’t have doors but this did not bother us. Overall great stay, and will go again and bring my own pillow.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel! Perfect distance from the craziness of the strip. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel was nice and the location was great. The only negative I had was that it is advertised as a 4 person room but only 1 adult can fit in the pull-out futon. It is more like a 3 person room unless you are staying with little kids, then 2 small kids can fit in the futon. The futon is made for children, not 2 adults. You can feel the springs when laying on the futon as well. So if you are going with 4 adults, get TWO rooms, as 2 of the adults will not get a good nights rest if sleeping on the futon!! I had to ask the front desk for several blankets to make the futon a little more comfortable so I didnt feel the springs while sleeping.

This stay was nice. It was my third trip to Nashville and this was a nice and relatively affordable place to stay. A few blocks off Broadway and within walking distance of most things people come to Nashville for. Overall a great experience blocks from Nashville with plenty of fun!

We enjoyed our stay! It was walkable to everything but far enough to sleep well at night. The beachy theme was great and the amenities were nice. We worked out every morning in the gym on the 4th floor. It was convenient to go down to Starbucks in the lobby in the morning. We didn't realize the room had a kitchenette (everything except a stove/oven) and didn't use it at all. If we were staying more than a long weekend, it would have been great to have the full size fridge. Would stay again.

We love margaritaville ! Clean property and room . The only thing I wish room offered was more dresser space to unpack clothes . Overall our stay was amazing !

Waited hours before our room was ready, waited an hour for toilet paper. We were not happy.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 5 days- we couldn’t believe how quiet it was! We were only 2 blocks from the hustle and bustle of Broadway- which was perfect! We even snagged last minute tickets to a concert at The Bridgestone Arena because it was essentially next door! The only downside I would say would be he parking situation- parking isn’t included so we paid $60+ a day utilizing the hotels valet service. Other options were open lots and had terrible reviews on overpricing and scamming. Overall, we would certainly stay again!

Room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room to move around and appreciated having a little kitchenette. Staff was always friendly and nice as well!

Place was beautiful, check in was not good , room was not available till after 5:30 pm. Front desk missed placed are luggage when they were holding it , they left it in lobby unattended

We were on our way home from Monroe, Louisiana and stopped off in Nashville. It was a great location close enough to broadway but still far enough also. Really enjoyed our stay the pool area was wonderful and the Fins bar. Will stay again for sure

The room and hotel amenities were as advertised. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was fun to relax at during the day. The location is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Broadway, and entertainment options.

We enjoyed this property, especially the 4th floor pool and bar. It was a great place to get away from the busy area of downtown and still enjoy a drink. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our experience. Very clean, well kept. Everyone was nice. After flying all day it was annoying to have to sit through the concierge/time share spiel. And the pool got crowded quickly, and at one point the pool bar was completely overwhelmed. Those were our only complaints.

Came to Nashville for the first time for a concert. Location was perfect for walking to downtown. Pool was quite small for this sized hotel. Rooms were comfortable, loved the studio setup with small kitchen space. Would stay again.

Came into town for the Kenny Chesney/Zac Brown concert and the location was perfect. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to get into our room early. Excellent location to be in a short walking distance to all the honky tonks and restaurants on Broadway and vicinity. Restaurants and bars on location were nice and the pool was a nice addition. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay at the Margaritaville vacation club. Everything we needed was provided in our room and if we needed anything, a quick phone call to the front desk and we had it right away. Would definitely go back!

Property was very clean. Bar and pool area were very nice. Only complaint is the pull out bed. It was all springs no cushion. It was very uncomfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, especially after walking Honky Tonk Highway.

The VRBO was good. The room could use more cleaning in the corners, but otherwise was good and was nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool water was gross, lacked chlorine and the filter needs to run during the day to skim the bugs, hair, and lotions floating on the surface. Fins service and food need attention. JWB was fantastic. The musicians were great! Fun vibe in the hotel overall, and the staff was friendly.

Unit was immaculate, colorful and welcoming. Pool lovely.
