Stayed Jan 2, 2025We showed up to check in for our 1 night stay. Check in was terrible. Waited in line for about 30 mins. Then once checked in we get to the room that was supposed to be a waterfront with a balcony. But when we opened the door it was an incredibly small studio room with no balcony. The add said waterfront balcony. They upgraded us free of charge. And after all that we ended up missing our dinner reservations. And the balcony door kept getting stuck and we got stuck on the balcony and eventually was able to force the door open. But the staff was very helpful and very ready to help in anyway to make our stay better. There was definitely some problems and it took forever to check in but the room was very nice very clean and we ended up having a great night. Then in the morning the housekeeper came in the room and started cleaning while we were still in there and not dressed. But she apologized and we got a late checkout. The property and location w as amazing but my main complaint was that they put us in a much lesser room than what I reserved and payed for and the check in.took forever. But in general I w as satisfied.it wasn't good but it wasn't bad. I would go back again. I would rate it 6.5 out of 10. It seemed like most of the problems looked to be caused by being understaffed.
