Experience the Best of Music City at Wyndham Nashville- 2 Bd. Lockoff

The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A couple of items missed the mark. TV quality was bad, internet was out for most of a day, and we had no running water on the last day due to a construction issue. No one from staff informed us, I had to call to find out what happened. At check-in, after a 9.5-hour drive and mentioning I was tired and there for work, they still pushed to schedule a 90-minute sales pitch. Only after I said my husband (the other decision-maker) wasn’t with me did they finally give me the wristbands to access the unit. Nice place overall, but communication and check-in process need work.

Outstanding suite! Very clean. Full kitchen. Would stay again. We didn't realize it was a timeshare resort. If you choose to do the presentation for the free items, expect a high pressure 90 minute sales pitch.

The unit was awesome and as advertised. My only complaint is the checkin process. Even though it states in the description of the unit that sales presentation is optional I was told at check in that I was required to attend for an update but that they would not try to sell me anything since the owner of the unit was presidential level. I was charged a 40 refundable fee to ensure I attended. I was also told that I could do a virtual tour at checkin. This was all untrue. Once I got to the sales presentation I was told that I didn’t have to attend but since I booked it I had to attend to get my 40 back. Once it was time to do the tour I was told I could not do a virtual tour. I refused and was told I would lose my deposit. When I walked out upset my husband was told by someone out front to just go back to gift services and check out and we would get our gifts and my refund. This was a bad experience. We were pleasant up to this point and our advisor was very nice but when we told him and his supervisor that we were not buying and were told at checkin we couldn’t buy if we wanted to they continued to try and pressure us to buy and to do a tour that we were told we didn’t have to do.Unit was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay with this exception. Advice is don’t agree to do the sales presentation even if you are told it is required. It is not.

The stay was fine. However, the property did construction on a sidewalk to our property and did not inform me prior to the work being done; they didn't tell me at check-in and no construction cones were placed to keep guests from parking near the area. I was staying for a conference near by and walked to the conference and did not use my car daily. When I went to leave, I noticed concrete chips on the hood of my brand new 2025 Atlas and all around my vehicle. The maintenance worker was wonderful and came out taking pictures with me. Supposedly, the insurance claim was filed. I received a letter from the property stating they were not at fault and would not be fixing the paint job on my care.

The host were amazing. The lication was great. It was close to the Grand ole orpy and good food. Easy access to highway to around Nashville.

Nice for a family of 6. Plenty of space. Decent location. Did the timeshare presentation for free tickets. No high pressure sales techniques, just a couple hours of our time.

They charge 149 to allow the couple with us to check-in when our flight got in late

Beautiful property. The kitchen was well appointed. The grounds were lovely & well maintained. The staff was great. Lots of local discounts if interested in a Time Share with Windham, which we were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would entertain another visit.

Clean, good location easy check in

Easy check in, place as described, could use some sprucing up but did not affect our stay in any way, just looked worn. Bed was comfortable though and location was great and that’s what mattered to us the most.

Nice large property with all utensils needed to use the kitchen if desired. We had a two bedroom lockout that was perfect for two families traveling together.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for out stay.

Great place to stay. Absolutely loved having a shuttle service available. Also this location was close to numerous attractions and the airport.

Perfect rental located minutes from Opry and short trip to downtown.

Nice lockoff with king beds, a jetted tub in the larger condo, very nice kitchen with all necessities.

Great location near the Convention Center and overall a great peaceful property. You can receive a gift card if you are willing to sit through their vacation package presentation and sales tactics. Overall the unit itself was up to date, quiet, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Checked in around 4:30. People were nice enough but had to go through the timeshare ringer first before they let you leave.Had a lock out suite which was plenty big for the four of us. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One was supposed to have a queen and a single but had a king which was fine we made it work.One pool near us was open but another inexplicably was closed which was disappointing in that it is the middle of July and hot so the one pool was packed. Kids jumping and splashing everywhere. Overall it was fine. About a 15 minute Lyft to downtown Nashville. It’s a little outdated but AC works and the place has nearby restaurants and shopping if you are wanting to go all that.I probably wouldn’t stay there again and would find something closer to town but it was okay.

I didn't realize that the description in the posting I 'rented' was an OPTION. so, I didn't know to request the specific bed count config that I wanted (that was pictured in the posting I rented). So, I didn't. So, I got a different config that wasn't what we wanted. Everyone told me (then) that I COULD HAVE requested a 'special config', but if I don't know I need to do that.... why would I? Didn't seem 'special', seemed like what was pictured. Otherwise - kitchen was sparse, but functional. Complex was lovely - enjoyed pingpong, corn hole, and a couple corny activities. Would stay again, but would request my 'special' config.

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to the Gaylord hotel.

I've stayed at the property multiple times, and have always enjoyed my stay.
