No check in signage visiable when turning onto premisses. No lights at all to see where to go. Stayed outside for 1hour trying to find out how & where to check in. Other families had the same problem. Girls working the check in desk were rude. The room was great. Not much parking due to metal containers taking up parking spaces. The Time Share Seminare was only suppose to be 90 minutes long! Well that was a BIG JOKE!! We were kepted there for 6hours without any Breakfast or Lunch! The guy talking to us was very RUDE his name was Dustin. He would'nt stop pounding us to Buy into the Time Share. I was very upset & crying over the whole ordeal. It was suppose to be a No pressure Seminar. That was a BIG LIE!!This was suppose to be a 70th Surprise Birthday Trip! It turned into a DISEASTER!! Needless to say we will not be back toNASHVILLE at all. We went home early on our Trip because of all the STRESS y'all put on US. Also, besides being Double Charged for less then 2hour Parking in Downtown Nashville. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME BACK TO THAT AREA or WYNDUM FACILITY!

Easy to get to the mall and grand ole opry. Quiet and away from the crazy of downtown, but close enough to drive to it with ease.

Great location to Gaylord for a cheer weekend. The resort is a little older but we had plenty of room and it was a lot quieter than any hotel would have been that weekend. We appreciated the coffee maker and large shower. We would stay here again.

Great hot tub, super warm, and nice pool area. The room does need some upgrades such as more outlets in convenient areas like the bedroom. The refrigerator would roll forward when pulling on the handle to open. Sadly we were placed in a handicap room so the sinks were down to our knees and the handicap shower was unpleasant with minimal pressure and the hose to the shower head hung in an awkward spot so you would hit it the whole time showering. Also the dresser in the bedroom was not secured to the wall so when I had all the drawers open as we were packing to leave it tipped over. Definitely a safety hazard.

The POSITIVE: It was close to the areas we were there to visit. The room was clean, amenities met our needs. We were in building 23 and it had an elevator making it easier to get our things to the room. The balcony was nice and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The NEGATIVE: This is NOT a resort or club, this IS a timeshare, we would NOT have booked here. When we checked in, we were forced to meet with a concierge who told us we had to go to a 90 minute presentation, that if we went to the presentation we would receive more benefits: tickets to shows, 50 gift card, and shuttle passes. We went to this presentation and told them we were NOT buying. 3 hours later, numerous reductions in price, sarcastic remarks,we had to walk out. We spent our first day of vacation in a room with salespeople who wouldn't take no for an answer and being frustrated that we got caught in their web. We received a 50 gift card, but no tickets or passes. They will go on and on about how they aren't a timeshare, but they are. You would think if they are trying to convince you to buy into their program your room would be fabulous. My opinion of the room: It is outdated, we could hear everything going on above us and beside us, the paper supplies were cheap, the television was grainy and the cable/satellite kept going out. The hvac went out and maintenance had to come, but we they wouldn't let us know if it was fixed. Told us they will let us know if they can't fix it. Never Again!

This was an amazing place. We were there for the NWTF as my husband is a competition caller and also a call maker. It is very close to the Gaylord just right across the street. That is a long hard weekend and it was almost like coming home every night. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after being on your feet all day, the bed was so comphy and the living room, balcony and kitchen. It even has a washer and dryer. We will definitely continue to book here each year!!!

The condo itself was great. But beware, of timeshare presentation scheme. They promise you gifts after a 90 minute presentation. But we were there almost 4 hours! The sales people were rude after I said it was 90mins. Told me to sit down. My advice to anyone staying here is DO NOT take any gifts from them to do the timeshare presentation. Not worth it! Felt like a captive. Terrible sales people, start out nice then they become rude and condescending.

Truly, this was the most comfortable and easiest stay we’ve ever had. There’s was tons of room for my 4 and 5 to play, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower and bathtub are in separate rooms which was nice. I 10/10 recommend this facility. It’s also right beside the check in building with an indoor pool. The staff were also wonderful and very friendly.

The room was excellent but had to go through a Sales pitch at check in even though we booked through VRBO. No food options on site orher than an occasional foid truck. We walked 1 km to a restaurant but there are NO sidewalks much of the way. There is a shuttle downtiwn for 15.00 per person.

I was in Nashville for a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Center and this location was perfect! I was a 3-minute drive from the parking lot at the Center. The apartment was comfortable and well-stocked with everything I needed, from plenty of towels to dishes to coffee. The wristband entry for the apartment was a convenient bonus! I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities, but had a view of the pool courtyard from my balcony and it looked lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon check in, we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo. Very much appreciated and huge rooms. Signs pointing to “check-in” need to the updated and more direct. Drove around to complex trying to find the registration desk. It’s where the shuttle drops off and pick up under the blue awning.

We were really happy about this location and the overall property. We were close to things to do and utilized the pool (one was closed, so the remaining one was crowded) & the gym (very small & limited equipment but not bad & was clean). The lodgings themselves were quite nice. The bed was comfortable although the sleeper sofa was not, but the kitchen was fully equipped. The place was quite clean and had plenty of towels for our stay. There was no housekeeping during the stay unless requested, but we didn’t need it. Parking was easy and close and included, & the washer/dryer unit was nice to have though we didn’t need it. There was laundry soap and dish soap and body wash and shampoo/conditioner available. The check-in process was fine but a little annoying to have them try to come to the tour and talk when all you want to do is check in. They didn’t pressure us, though. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and ease to the freeway, minutes from the Nashville International Airport. The property was very pretty and nice walking areas but a bit hard to find the condo unit#'s as they face away from the main areas. The building # is easy to see but not the actual condo units. The condo unit needs some updating. Carpet is coming apart at the seams, the toilet ran all night. And I would recommend letting people know to shut off the ice maker before going to bed because it was also very loud for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. Loved the individual porch areas of the condos. Overall we really enjoyed staying there and our unit was very roomy for the 3 of us. Loved having the shuttle available. thank you for a great time in Nashville.

The room was smaller than the one we initially booked and we were told that all room have a balcony, however we did not. The room had a chemical smell and the carpet was sticky. Check in was overwhelming after traveling and then to have time monopolized. The worst part may have been the lack of working internet on our building and no elevator in our building, causing us to have to have to drag large suitcases and a cooler up three flights of steps. This was a one and done for us.
