The resort is really nice and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were great but the room itself wasn’t good at all. The dining table and chairs were broken, the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, I couldn’t give my kids a bath cause the stopper on the tub wouldn’t go down. There were earwigs and silver fish all through the bathrooms. The carpet smelled like sour milk. I honestly wasn’t even slightly happy.

It had everything that we needed

The rental was spotless. The grounds looked amazing with a lot of activities. We were only there for 2 nights but thought it would be great to return with children. It is so close to the Opry and the mall. We didn’t really enjoy the time share pitch but everyone was very nice.

The kitchen was fully stocked. Did not use the laundry service. Bothe rooms were clean.

I felt very pressured to go to the sales pitch having to plunk down a 40 deposit and they called and texted me numerous times the day of the sales meeting. I was on my own with 3 kids, why would I leave them for 90 minutes? They started to offer free stuff after I said I was not interested in the sales meeting, like you couldn't provide shuttle passes at check in? Ok. The room was ok, but definitely had issues though the reception desk told us we had a VIP room....The carpets were ripped, bugs under the master bathroom sink, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Resort itself was very nice and grounds staff were very friendly. Pools were great and my family enjoyed them! One thing about the shuttle service- it's a 3rd party company and costs 15 per person. Ride down to Nashville was great. Ride back much more sketchy. Driver was on his cell phone, and brought us the scenic route, going to the wrong hotel. Did not love that after dark, with 3 kids. It's not a bad place but dated and pushy about the timeshare component.

It was a great place for a girls trip with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Shuttle on property was very convenient.

We greatly enjoyed the condo at Club Wyndham. It was very conveniently located to the activities we had planned. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The property is lovely and we appreciated access to fitness center and pools.The unit could use some refreshing with paint and baseboard maintenance. The router was not good and we consistently lost service—especially during the NCAA Final Four games!The most upsetting situation occurred at check in. We were in a rush as we only had a few minutes before we were expected at an appointment. But after receiving my room key card I was directed to speak with the concierge who wanted me to sign up to attend a “survey” meeting the next morning. I asked if it was a timeshare pitch and I was told it was just a review meeting. I declined to attend as we had a full morning already planned and then a “manager” approached and again insisted that we attend a meeting. I again declined and was asked if I had spoken to my husband before declining the meeting. Well, that was very upsetting and I walked out. I was already stressed that they had made us late for our appointment, but to imply that I was not capable of making such a decision without my husband really was over the top.I did not see any information when I booked the property that indicated a timeshare meeting would be offered.Despite this, I can honestly say that we would stay there again as we found it to be convenient and comfortable

The perfect place for our Nashville girls’ trip! The room was clean well stocked with all essentials, allowing is to enjoy a leisurely cup of cofffee or cook a quick snack between activities.

This was an excellent property for the price. Needs vast indoor updating. Decor is outdated and in need of TLC. Beds, chairs and couch are too worn to be exceptionally comfortable. Pool and outside structures are well taken care of and clean.

I had no idea this was a vacation property. We had to sit through a presentation and then practically held hostage to try to convince us to buy. I walked out. It would have been better to just pay for the shuttle

The unit we stayed in was older but mostly clean. However, the outside was not as the neighboring unit was under construction with sawdust, saws, and other construction equipment laying all around. When checking in, the process started well but the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation was not fully disclosed and felt like a trap. The final process of the presentation was met with hostility and left a negative experience for our stay.

The room is stocked with the essentials. The heated pool was great.

The place was great! Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap, paper towels...everything we needed was provided and the staff was happy to bring extras if needed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub! The location was also great and an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in January! This location was perfect for a quick ride into the city and around the area. Communication was great ahead of our stay, during and after. We had the perfect space for 5 people and all we needed to have meals in our rental if desired. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub nightly. Our only issue discovered at the end of our stay was that the jacuzzi tub in the master did not hold water completely and by the time it filled properly, the water had gone cold. No big deal. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting the Nashville area. It was incredibly convenient for everything we did!

We were pleasantly surprised. The location is incredible and the facilities are top notch! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit and were even surprised to find a blender! The staff is so friendly and security had a strong presence so the parking lot felt safe even later at night. I read a few negative reviews online, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But seriously, I can't find one thing that I did not like about our stay! I highly recommend the Wyndham Nashville! We will be back next year. Fingers crossed we are lucky enough to stay here again.

Love staying in this condo.in Nashville. Have been here before. Close to action. Short drive to where we like to visit. Plenty of room for a girls trip. Love the pool and hot tub!!!. Clean and comfortable.

Host and staff were great, however the unit we were given at first was moldy and in poor condition (visible mold growing in all of the vents, peeling paint, bad smell upon entering the unit). The resort staff were helpful in moving us to a new unit, but this property is definitely in need of maintenance in some of their buildings. With that said, the amenities are great! Pool was very nice. It’s a great resort, but I would recommend asking for a renovated unit when checking in.

The place was beautiful except we didn’t realize it was a timeshare!! We were extremely unimpressed with the false information with a promise of discounted gifts at check-in with a request to watch a 90 minute presentation. It turned into ALMOST 4 HOURS and the pressure and amount of counteroffers when we simply said we weren’t interested was unbelievable. We said we wanted to discuss it before we made any decisions, but that didn’t seem to be enough! If at any point in time, I thought it might be a good idea the fact that they pressured me so much, really irritated me and turned me off so I would not buy a timeshare if you paid me too!

We had a very nice day. I would definitely recommend Club Wyndham. When we are in the area, we will be staying there again.

Loved the location and the room. I would recommend room darkening blinds to block out the outside building lights. Check in staff was great. Process was great. Being pressured to listen to their sales pitch was less than desirable! Also, the fitness center is small for such a big resort!

This place was PERFECT!!! Great location, check in process was easy and hassle free. Unit was exactly as it was described and advertised. There are food trucks daily, it's close to the highway for ease of getting to and from downtown and the airport. The resort has daily activities for all ages, music at the pool, a gym for the fitness minded. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, and if in Nashville again, would definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect home base for our trip. We loved the 2 bedroom and 2 baths and the full kitchen. The jetted tub was also awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean beds and a well stocked kitchen. Master bath has a hole in the wall at the shower head. Bugs got in. No visible mold or mildew. No noticeable smell which was nice. Could stock the bathroom lotion. The blind in the guest bedroom was broken, unfortunately providing a great look into the bedroom/bathroom! Maintenance was very helpful. Peaceful patio setting.

Our room was spacious. Decorated nicely. It was very clean and welcoming. I would say the double bed bedroom needs blackout shades. Other than that the stay was 100%!!!

We had a really great time, overall the two bedroom we stayed in was exactly as it was listed, and worked great for our needs. The pool was right outside our room and the resort did fun activities daily by the pool (karaoke, snow cones, line dancing). I would definitely stay again.

48 hours before our trip to Nashville from Kansas City, they canceled our reservation! We had reserved a place 11 months prior and had gotten all communication that everything was good. Then we hear from a third party KOALA that the “host” canceled our reservation! I then spent the next 2 hours having to stand my ground with KOALA to find us another nearby hotel that would accommodate our friends and us. After haggling over their only wanting to provide 1 hotel room or send us 30 minutes downtown to another property, they finally agreed to get us 2 hotel rooms. We didn’t have the place we wanted with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a master and all the other amenities, but at least we didn’t lose money on it.All of that to say, I’m not optimistic anymore on booking through Vrbo if they hand it off to third parties and this happens.

We had a great stay at Wyndham In Nashville! Check in went great and our 2 bedroom condo was clean and a great size for our party of four!

Check in was fairly quick and easy. Our apartment/condo was as described. Very spacious. Bedrooms were quite large. Patio was lovely. Room was clean and tidy. The space was outdated a bit and could use some touch ups. We had a very small water leak in the master bathroom ceiling. The refrigerator light went out on us on day 5. And the pull out couch sheets had some stains, however, they appeared to be cleaned and nothing unsightly. Just some spotting stains. I would definitely stay again. These are independently owned. The property was lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the indoor pool during rain/storms. Easy walking distance from our room. Parking was ample. Great location! Right across from Grand Ole Opry and the mall. I would say this location was worth every penny.

The resort was perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Better yet, the property management company made it so smooth and made sure we knew everything we needed to know well in advance so we were fully prepared. I was highly impressed with their communication! We would definitely use koala again and stay at this resort again! Highly recommended both!

We were in town for a week for a softball tournament. We had an absolute fantastic stay. Our room was just as described. Very clean and so spacious! The pools were wonderful! Very clean up kept facilities!

Good property but units are a bit dated. That said, unit was clean, great location and very functional. Grounds are very well maintained, amenities good (gym a bit small) and staff more than accommodating. When we arrived, though, at check-in, they try to get you into time share meeting by having you go from front desk to a concierge to get your wrist bands. These bands are just glorified room keys, and you get normal ones at check in already. These bands are just a way to get you in front of concierge who will offer free tickets or shuttle rides for your agreement to do hour meeting. I politely declined and they didn't push too hard.Overall, good stay, and i would stay again.

Very tired and in need of renovation. Staff was responsive for the most part. Unit was not ready at :15 minutes after stated check in time…or three HOURS later. Unit was handicap friendly (NOT requested) no cabinet space in bath, shelving or hooks of any kind. Dishwasher was literally falling apart (bottom rack in pieces and door seal only half attached). Kitchen cabinetry greasy with stain worn off where handles should have been installed, cracked tile flooring and worn carpet. For the money spent, this was a a very poor decision and did not live up to the standards of other Wyndham properties we have experienced. Overall, my family and I would rate this a must avoid.

We stayed here with a softball team in town for World Series. They were very accommodating in putting us all at the same building. Property was nice and well maintained outside, inside units were a little outdated but the beds were VERY comfortable. It’s in a great proximity to downtown and they have a shuttle that you can pay a daily rate to ride back and forth as many times as you want. We spent a good bit of time in the pool area and it was nice, they supply towels there so you didn’t have to bring your own. Overall, for the price it was definitely a place I would stay again.

Nice clean condo. Lots of room for our family. Close to Opry and other venues. Negatives would be the tv reception was horrible and the hvac was very loud. Will return though.

Every thing and every one at Wyndham was excellent!I liked the fact that they had a trolly that would take you downtown Nashville and bring you back from 10 a.m. till3 a.m. for just 15/per day. You could go back and forth as often as you needed. The pools were clean and towels were abundant. A lot of fun activities also. Amenities like bags of ice, coffee and filters, toilet paper and trash bags were available for the asking. Parking was good. Our condo was well appointed and very clean.All appliances worked well. The washer and dryer were a bit noisy but did the job. All in all a wonderful experience.

The condo was clean, and the front desk personnel were friendly. The countertop in the kitchen had a huge crack, which was filled in with what looked like chalk. Very nice and absolutely could not have been closer to Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry, The bedspread in the second bed spread had what looked like wine stains on it. The kitchen floor had a few scuff marks on the floor.

Was a great stay and location. We have been here before and will continue to be back. The only cons, outlets were really bad in the room, cords fell out. Both hot tubs were closed yhe entire week, and 1 pool all day yesterday. Not ti me tiin people trying to push you to buy onto the property even afyer saying no, that was not good. Very uncomfortable. But we will be back.

The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. The property needs alot of attention to the landscaping. All the mulch beds were really rough, and bushes need attention.

Property was in a nice quiet area and the rooms very spacious, and clean. The staff was helpful and we were glad there was a shuttle to take us downtown and back. You also can walk about 20 minutes to restaurants, a little bit on the side of the road, but there is a pathway and then sidewalk. Also walkable to Grande Ole Opry but it’s a bit of a walk. Would recommend staying at Club Wyndham

Beautiful property. The entire area is great. The only issue we had was at check in, the front desk couldn't find our, Due to it not getting sent from the property manager. But it was handled as quickly as it could be. Wyndham was easy to work with. The grounds were beautifully taken care of. Close and convenient to Opryland. Would absolutely stay here again. manager i belu

We were in town for a cheer competition, location was perfect, met all of our needs.

This was a great place to stay for 3 adults and 2 teens. Nice, spacious accommodations. Very clean and safe. Just 2 minute drive to Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, and lots of restaurants and bars. 15 min drive to downtown/Broadway area.

Interiors are old and dated, the unit smelled of sewage, garbage disposal didn't work, toilets ran, and the noise from the guest above was miserable. We complained a few times about the noise and stomping, we were told they need to enjoy their vacation too.

Great trip. Close to the Grand Ole Opry and several restaurants. We did not use the pool but there was one at the complex. When we wanted to go into Nashville we decided to Uber because we didn't want to deal with finding parking. There is also a shuttle that runs from the complex to Nashville. I can't remember the price but it was reasonable. Our place was clean and well equipped.

Property is close to the Opry and has a shuttle for downtown. Very nice unit but could use a little maintenance.

We enjoyed having the space for all of my family and room to lounge. When we arrived at 4:30 our room was still being cleaned but the front desk was able to make it right by providing shuttle passes for our family. We wish we would have had more time here.

We were in town for a dance competition at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. This location was perfect as it was less than a 10 minute drive. Our condo was great! Spacious, Clean, Quiet, and convenient. On our last morning, the coffee maker (which looked brand new) stopped working. I called the front desk and they had a replacement brought down within 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints.

Our 2 Bedroom Condo was spacious and perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close enough to the city, but not to close our living place was rowdy. The pool was clean, the workers were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and cozy.

I've stayed several times at Wyndham Resorts Nashville over the years, but this apartment felt unloved and very tired and not up to previous standards. Torn carpet, stained furniture, poor maintenance, fewer amenities. Reported to reception but not actioned during my 7 night stay.

Was perfect for a group of 4 and listing was quite accurate. In walking distance to attractions and bars was a nice perk.

Every thing was great check-in was smooth. We had no issues during our stay . The only reason I did not give this a 5 rating is the property is dated and worn. The paint is chipped appliances worn etc. i did not

This property is conveniently located close to many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities offered here - food trucks, the shuttle bus, heated pools, & activities. The condo itself is setup well for 2 couples to enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need for meals if you decide to eat in. This was our third stay at this location. The property is a little worn and could use some updating, but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Just a side note (thru no fault of the property owner) - be aware that the Wyndham Club salespeople are like sharks as you are checking in!

The pool was not open and i booked because of the pool. The pool had been closed since April!!!! Also, they tricked us into getting free tickets to things by sitting through a prese. Was only suppose to be an hour and it was 4. Also, felt bullied

This is a great and economical option when staying in Nashville. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.. stackable washer & dryer was a plus.

Property is close to grand Opry, Gaylord Opryland resort, and Opryland Mills mall. They have a shuttle that runs downtown cost you $15 for all day you can take numerous trips on it. Property has two pools, entertainment, fire pits, and many other amenities. There are places close to the property to eat and listen to some live music without going downtown.

Very nice condo with plenty of room, reasonably comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and perfect for our needs while at a conference at the convention center nearby.

This is 2 minutes from Opry Land and Opry Mills shopping mall. There are a plethora of restaurants very close as well as a shuttle that will take you down to Broadway. The rooms are lovely and well kept with lots of amenities. There are pools, hot tubs, bbq's, outdoor games and they offer a full range of daily activities! This is the second Wyndham that we have stayed at through VRBO and will definitely always look for one to book wherever we travel! Can't say enough good things!

Good spot to share with friends. Convenient if you don’t want to be in the thick of things but want to have the ability to easily get there.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Property is nice, as are the rooms. Both times though have had attempts under false pretenses for a sales pitch to buy into time shares. Not why we are there.

We had a very nice and open unit with a balcony and a nice view of the pool. We loved the open layout of our unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils wo we were able to prepare meals with no problem. The Nashville Palace was a short walk and a great place to listen to live music. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay. The double bedroom with separated bathrooms was excellent for sharing the space with another couple. Very clean… washer/dryer in room was very convenient. Easy Lyft/Uber to downtown… never waited more than 5 mins. Highly recommend… will stay at this property again!

The unit was very clean, overall could use a little updating with the furniture, etc. It did include everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies. We utilized the grill area and it was convenient and nice. We were traveling for Softball Nationals and had requested to be in the same building as another family and they accommodated us. Easy to find.

The property is nice, it's clean, overall most staff was friendly. The unit we stayed in was very clean, a little outdated however. The ceilings are not well insulated and most the times sounded like a heard of elephants above us. Our unit was pretty far from the pool and there are very few grills, so good hike to the grills as well. not pressure on the sales meeting and i was up front with them and told them had no desire to sit through it and didn't have the time. Of course Sunday check in is always busy. Resort is minutes away from downtown, opry, mall, but not a grocery store close by. would for sure stay there again!
