Country Music's finest Modern Resort by Grand Ole Opry & Convention Center

Everything was extremely clean and it was quiet.

It was a fantastic value. 2 bedrooms, you could sleep. Six people in there, living room fully stocked and equipped. Kitchen with a hot tub right outside your door and a pool. The unit had a dishwasher and a washer in dryer. The only slightly negative comments the furniture was dated. And the TVS were not coming in that great. Other than that, we thought it was an excellent stay. And will definitely doit again.

My only complaint was the time spent at registration telling them that we did not want to go to a timeshare presentation. Considering i booked thru VRBO I was unpleasantly surprised.

Honestly probably the best hotel stay we have ever had! My daughter and I joked that we were royalty at the size of the accommodations. Everyone in the welcome center was super friendly and always willing to help out. The suite was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay. My only point that could be improved upon was the amazing soaking tub with jacuzzi jets. We went and bought salts and were planning to use this lavish amenity. Unfortunately, the tub was so big that the hot water ran out before we could even cover the jets. It was very disappointing! Everything else was sheer perfection!

The price was great for a 2 bedroom/2 bath full kitchen stay. The kids enjoyed the pools as well.

Went to presentation because we were told 90 minutes and we were there over 3 hours not to happy about that

We had a great stay in Nashville! The room was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for me and my friends. The location was a huge plus—super close to the convention, which made everything so convenient. We did have a small issue with the sink in the bedroom being clogged, but the maintenance team was very responsive and took care of it right away. Overall, a really positive experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great. Spacious and convenient

Great location for exploring Opry and Nashville. Condo was clean and well equipped. We requested a mobility accessible unit and they were able to provide it.

Room was very nice. KItchen fully equipped. Communication with front desk was lacking.

Very nice, plenty of space. The balcony and pool area were nice too.

Very clean & had transport buses available to downtown & Opry, which was nice.

Bathrooms could be more clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was obviously older and could use updating.

The resort had a lot of fun amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. A lamp was broken and the jet tub was not working, however it didn't impact our stay too much.

Our stay was here was wonderful. It was very quiet, safe, and accommodating. They had food trucks for our needs as well! Highly recommend!

This is a timeshare property. Please be aware of this before you book. We were very dissappointed that in order to check in, we were given a sales pitch to buy a timeshare.

Great experience. Like the structure of the room accommodations for a family, pool and shuttle downtown. Within 15-20 minutes to many sites.

Very pleasant stay

Property was clean. Recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen and balcony. Everything was great. Check in was easy. The concierge after check in was unnecessarily pushy and aggressive after I told him no. That was the only disappointment. I have stayed here before for work and pleasure. Great location. Close to many eats and activities.

Location was close to so much of what we wanted to see and do in Nashville.

We had a great stay!

We had a nice stay at the Club Wyndham Nashville. The resort employees were all very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had almost everything we needed. The only problem was that not all amenities were available due to remodeling, but the host refunded part of our stay so while we were disappointed, in the end, we were satisfied.

Enjoyed the new out door pool.

2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group. Loved the space. Full kitchen was stocked with the basics. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The rental was nice, clean, comfortable and roomy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property was very pretty and well-kept.

Quiet and well maintained

We enjoyed our stay!! There were three of us and we had plenty of room. The suite was clean, very spacious and perfect for our trip. My only recommendation would be that there is a need for some updates but overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

Great location just outside of downtown. Would recommend for anyone with kids. Several nearby restaurants and shopping.

After taking a red eye flight and being awake most of the night, they let us check in early without it being a big deal. The staff printed some homework pages for our daughter since the printer in the lobby was not working. Huge help and very courteous staff! Shuttle service to downtown was great as well! Loved our experience at this property!

The room was as described, great location and plenty of space. The sheets on the big bed has something on them, but there were sheets for the pull out that I was able to use. I’m sure they would have replaced them, stag was incredibly kind.

We enjoyed this stay, the place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. There were two things I didn't realize when booking, that this was a timeshare that we would be pressured into buying into, and that although the location was very close to where we needed to go the roads were not walkable with children.

This was a perfect choice for our family! We could cook meals, but were close to restaurants. We loved the pool!

This was a great option for the price. If you are looking for a nice property with condo style accommodations, this is a great option. The shuttle was convenient and nice to have. The ride is somewhat long but it beats the high prices and parking frustration downtown. I would recommend 100%.

It was clean and close to everything

Fantastic location by the convention center and well designed facility. We did have an issue with our lock but the staff addressed our issue within minutes. As others have mentioned, the room could use some updating. For example, there is carpet in one of the vanity areas and there isn't a door on the master bedroom bathroom vanity and tub. We would stay there again!

Outstanding location for a quick weekend visit to attend the Grand Ole Opry. The facilities were clean and staff interaction was on point!

Excellent experience

The room set up worked well for us but the rooms are a bit dated. We requested housekeeping service at the middle of our stay but all we got were bed made and clean towels. Nothing was cleaned on the room and no supplies like toilet paper were restocked. We played bingo one afternoon which was fun and Savannah was great.

A great location, the resort was under a lot of construction, none of which negatively impacted our stay. I feel that in a year or two it will be even better.

There was enough space for five of us to relax. The tv was an older model so streaming and channel surfing were limited.

The resort was great and we had a shuttle for rides to and from the strip which was very convenient!

The place seems to have been updated, as it still has new carpet smell, but not overwhelmingly. I had one complaint about the water temp. It was barely over luke warm. Complained about it, and I was told it's the proper 115. Neither my friend now I was able to take a bath as water was too cool.

The property had a ton of room for three people and was really convenient to get to the convention center. Would definitely book again.

We stayed here four our daughters gymnastics meet at the Opryland event center. This was so conveniently located. Spacious, clean, and wonderful for our family

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and really like the 2 bedroom setup. No complaints about any part of the process or the location.

We stayed during a dance competition at Opryland. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a 5 minute drive to opryland hotel and convention center and the same to Opry Mills Mall. I would stay here again.

Came to visit a friend in hospital at Vanderbilt. Location was good, condo was perfect for us.

It was a wonderful stay close to the city of Nashville. The amenity staff were very helpful.

Very bright in the front bedroom at night, very spacious but worn - we were there for business, so didn't spend much time in the unit. We had one issue with the toilet upon check-in which got resolved quickly the next working. The property itself was well maintained, quiet, and very conveniently located. The staff were top notch.

Our stay at this property was VERY comfortable! The unit was spacious and relaxing. There was a sizeable kitchen, great bathrooms, and a roomy living/dining room combo. More importantly, everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The location was great too! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 6 nights here. It was a perfectly pleasant place to stay. It's 5 minutes from the Opry and the mall and lots of restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything you need to cook etc. It isn't very new but I would certainly stay there again. They had a few outdoor things you could do by the pool area like a BB hoop and corn hole but we didn't use them really. They all looked in good shape. The only 2 complaints we had was the bed in the master bedroom didn't have a headboard. It kind of has a 2 level shelf behind it. Was uncomfortable to watch tv in bed. The other thing was that the dryer took forever to dry anything. We only did a couple loads tho so not that big a deal. Again, would stay here again in a heartbeat. And Nashville in Oct is a beautiful place to be.

Beautiful facility, close to entertainment but far enough away for quite time too. Very peaceful and clean resort

First and foremost, I would definitely stay at this location again. The only difficulties were: confusion at checkin. The room I reserved was not actually available. The property manager phoned me in advance and gave me options but said to definitely speak to them at check in case my original selection was available. At check in the woman behind the desk was not great at communication. It was very much like, don’t speak to me kind of feeling. I asked her once for an upgrade to our original rsvp. and she just looked at me. I asked her a second time and she said “nothing is available”. I said “oh, I’m sorry - I didn’t hear you say that.” So I said, “so no 2BD/2BA at all?” She looked at me and continued to typing, gave us our keys, and told us to go to the Concierge desk. The next morning, housekeeping came to our door and said “oh, I’m sorry - I have the wrong room.” Later in the day, I received a phone call asking how we were enjoying our room upgrade? Apparently, we were assigned a completely different room in the system reflecting our original request. I explained what room we were in and the “communication issues” at check-in. That was the end of that - we did not switch rooms since we were already settled and not in the room at the time. At checkout, I went to the desk to make sure everything was correct. They couldn’t find me in the system - my name was spelled incorrectly, (a simple typo I’m sure) but it was a little frustrating.

The olace we stayed was great. My inly complaint was there was no hair dryer. The only thing i needed that was available.

The property was a perfect fit for our needs as we attended a conference at the nearby Gaylord Opryland, thanks!

The location of this resort is incredible. We were able to explore Opryland, Opry Mills, downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. It was a wonderful mid-week get away and we would highly recommend this property.
