Country Music's finest Modern Resort by Grand Ole Opry & Convention Center

We were in a newly renovated suite which was very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. We were on 3rd floor and there are no elevators so that was a little tough. Also, TV channels had a lot static but we weren’t in room very much so not a dealbreaker for us. We did not use amenities due to time constraints so we are unable to comment on those. Overall, a great stay and will likely book again.

Great unit

Very spacious 1 bedroom with a large bath areas. Very clean. Air conditioner worked good. Top floor and quiet with a great view of the pool. Beautiful landscaping. All in all a great stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great place to stay if visiting Nashville. The location is great if your like getting away from the hustle and bustle. The resort offer shuttle to downtown for $15.00 a day. I love that the resort was like staying in an apartment like set up, there was even washer and dryers in room. Would definitely stay again.

The room was better than expected. Extremely spacious, beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Kitchen was ready to use. Washer & Dryer was a bonus that I wasnt expecting. I would have given a 5 star but the elevator was unavailable on 3 occasions during our 2 day stay. This was an inconvenience since our room was on the 4th floor and my adult son has physical disabilities. Also, the check in wait was lengthy (over 10 mins). Otherwise, very satisfied and would stay here again.

Awesome location to everything Opryland has to offer and the interstate. Having a choice of 3 pools was amazing. The condo was dated but very spacious, clean and well maintained.

The location was very convenient for the Opry. There is a shuttle for going downtown, which was a huge bonus. I do think that the rooms could use a little bit of updating, but overall the place was great. Would definitely consider staying there again when visiting Nashville.

The room was very nice, comfortable, large and well apponted. We were to stay 4 nights but left early due to the guest above us. They acted like children running around. We were told they were adults ! They kept my wife up all night. The next morning she asked to leave. I went to the front desk to let them know about the noise and the Associate actually showed not compassion. Emotionless. I asked her title and she said Associate. 2 others listened in from kind of armlength. The conversation was civil. We didn't asked for anything and nothing was offered. No offer to move to another room. We decided to leave, wasnt worth moving all of our things for one more day BUT it would have helped to be offered something.

The unit was very nice, clean and convenient to the Grand Old Opry. It was nice having a kitchen and the patio was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and TV had cable vs streaming. The only downside was when checking in you have to tell the timeshare people “no” multiple times. If your firm and continue telling them “no” they will back off. They did call the room every day but an easy no was sufficient. Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again.

The fact that it was a nationwide resort by Wyndham was a bit of a surprise. I was warmly welcomed, but given a bit of a sales pitch about joining the Wyndham resort plan.

The resort was very nice. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer and that is why I didn’t give a 5 star.

We had a great stay at your property. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean and very spacious, especially for the price. We will definitely be back in the future.

Condo needed updated. Did not like being pushed over to concierge and being pressured to listen to them to set up time to buy a time share.

The property is beautiful and managed well. Everyone is so nice and there’s plenty to do in the area and on property! The suit itself we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed, it just needs to be updated.

I travel to Nashville quite a bit for work, I love staying here because for the price it cannot be beaten. Not only does the resort offer a plethora of activities throughout the day, the rooms are spacious and clean. The resort itself is adjacent Opryland and other venues that make evening plans a breeze.

Nice timeshare unit, typical Westgage property. Hosts were very responsive to communication.Typical Westgate property, nice timeshare unit. A little farther from downtown than I realized but refreshingly quite. Only downside - Westgate did their absolute best at trying to sell the unit (overpromised/undersold on deliverables). Paid shuttle was extremely late causing us to be late to our paid concert. No apologies offered by resort. Would definitely work with the hosts again though, very professional.

Top notch service and incredible location!

My Granddaughter and I spent 3 nights of her spring break here and we loved it! The floating tub, the full stocked kitchen, the thicker mattress on the sofa sleeper that was all wonderful. The indoor swimming pool was not cold and was pleasant for me to do some water aerobics. You have to go up steps, thankfully it wasn’t a problem (we were on the second floor). Bad thing- timeshare talk….you know they are getting desperate when they allow your 16 yr old granddaughter attend. As a timeshare owner for over 20 yrs, I’ve been there done that with timeshare talks. This time I decided to torture my granddaughter and the 125 gift card was nice. So I will use my granddaughter’s response when we walked out ‘OMG I will never do that gain!

My colleague and I truly enjoyed staying at the Club Wyndham resort in Nashville. The customer service was superb, and Jamario really went out of his way to ensure we had all the information/items that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities offered are great, and I really appreciated how close we were to the convention center, the Grand Ole Opry, and the mall. Will definitely look at staying there again in the future!

Nice, spacious unit! We enjoyed being on the 4th floor and sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool/river. Furnishings seemed a little tired and in need of an update and a bit of a musty smell from the hvac unit though. Great location and shuttle service too!

Unless staying with family/ friends don’t get adjoining room. Not sound proof! Hear things you may not want to!

Are stay was very pleasant but Needed some senior friendly features like handrails and tub/shower.

My husband and I both really enjoyed our stay! Staff was super friendly and loved that check-in and check-out was so easy! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the Gaylord. It is a decent walk to get there but it was really nice to not have to deal with the expense and the limited available parking at the Gaylord. The unit itself was quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. The check-in process was needlessly time consuming so that was a minus for us. Overall it was a good experience.

There was construction going on to renovate some buildings in the resort. Maybe that is the reason for such a low price. Either way, we were unbothered by the work and had a nice stay. If the prices are the same year round we will only be staying here when in Nashville.

The room had everything I needed, anything additional the front desk was immediately responsive. They even went so far as to provide a partial refund when i had to leave early due to the California wildfires affecting my family. I will definitely be back!

When I checked in after 14 hours on the road, I got the key card and I was told I had to go see another guy and that guy pressured me into a timeshare spiel that I had to put a 40 deposit down on. They said if I went to the timeshare presentation they give me 125 gift card. I told him I’d give them 90 minutes and they said that would be plenty of time and an hour and 45 minutes into the presentation they said I couldn’t get my gift card until I went on a tour of the property even after I told them no I wasn’t interested. Classic bait and switch. I should’ve known better. There was no mention in the Vrbo page about this being a timeshare resort.

Great place to stay!

This Property is a great place for families and older couples such as us. Unfortunately Nashville is not the safest city in the United States and this resort goes to great lengths to ensure proper security of the grounds. Being a timeshare, we were happy to see that we were not badgered to take the tour and hear the sales pitch. They asked once and if you say no, they never mention again. The staff especially the front desk is A+. They are very willing to help and ensure your stay is everything you expect. Unlike some other resorts the staff is also very knowledgeable of Nashville, shopping, entertainment, and dining, willing to give recommendations from a locals perspective. They also have throughout the day and evening a shuttle that transports you to downtown Nashville and back again that runs every hour. It is reasonably cost and is by far worth every cent. The host was available by phone and text however, the resort can take care of just about anything for you. We recommend this resort and we will be back.

Overall the room and facility grounds were great! Would reserve for future vacation and have already suggested to friends as a place to stay. Had a fabulous time, thank you!

We had an amazing time at Club Wyndham and it made our stay in Nashville extra special! We had three generations with us and the unit was perfect. Can’t wait to come back again!
