Country Music's finest Modern Resort by Grand Ole Opry & Convention Center

It was a nice place. Only complaint- The downfall is the rooms are not sound proof. I heard my neighbors loud and clear, whether they were yelling or banging pans around. It sounded like they were right in my room.

The room needed updating. The shower fixture was coming out of the wall, couch had stains on it, closet door was not on the track. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend for someone to stay there.

Unbelievable place - we ended up being upgraded to two bedroom apartment. It was massive. The place is spotless. Check in was thorough and very easy. So easy to park. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Construction going on across the property. Since it is a timeshare property. They have people trying to sell you a timeshare at check-in.

Property is starting to get dated. Rooms need brighter lighting and more mirrors.

I was impressed with the check in process but I was irritated by the fact they told us to go to the concierge. Once I went over there they tried to make an appointment for me and asked for a deposit of $40. I then told them to forget it. When we went to our room there was water all over the floor. Maintenance came and used towels to clean it up. I asked them what they were going to do about the situation and they said we aren't going to do anything. However they offered towels for us to clean it up if it happened again. They also suggested to put a towel to place in front of the door. The walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors. The bathtub was cracked. It took a scientist to figure out how to adjust the thermostat.

This property was better than good! I loved my time her, and my wife loved the added activities duting the day. Highly, highly recommend this place

The property was very clean an bed slept so good. I only had a problem with privacy the walls was so thin we could hear our neighbors talking a that’s privacy issue for me.

The only problem was being charged 99.00 for a name change to the reservations because our plane was delayed. We booked through a 3rd party and found it very inconvenient.

One of the hosts at the convention center where you talk about time shares, was completely unprofessional abd and extremely rude. I was so unbelievably offended and appalled.I ended up walking out

Nice place but could use updates

The host was timely with instructions and the resort was very hospitable.

We wouldn't stay again!! Room was a disappointment. Worn out furniture. Poor layout of the space. Low toilet. Deferred maintenance throughout the entire room. Crappy appliances. ZYhe whole place smelled musty. Very outdated space. We could hear the conversation and TV of the adjoining room. Overcrowded parking area. A homeless guy living out of his van in the parking lot between building 17 & 19 that I had to bring to the attention of management. Perhaps more of the revenue/ money should be spent on fixing up the rooms / apartments than is given to investors.

Everything was very nice

Didn’t know that it was a timeshare, didn’t really appreciate the pressure to do the tour and sit through a presentation. We didn’t do it, but kind of soured our initial impression. The room was adequate for sure and showed evidence that it is ready for the upcoming remodel and update. Overall it was a good experience.

This location was so much more comfortable than a hotel. Bed was comfy, water pressure was good, everything was clean. I would stay here again!

We try to stay here anytime we come to Nashville! The rooms are always clean with plenty of amenities to get us through a trip down for work. It’s convenient to the music venues we enjoy visiting and it’s relatively close to everything you’d want to do while in Nashville. Great place and would highly recommend!

Staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Convenient location for all things “Opry” and only a short distance to downtown activities or anything else in Nashville. Quiet and it felt really safe.

I was in Nashville for a work event at Gaylord Opryland, but the hotel was booked out when I checked. So I landed here and it was a great upgrade!

Was on a VRBO reservation but had to go through a gauntlet of people to check in…I do not need a sales pitch no tourist activities. Was there for work

Booked this place a couple of months in advance. I loved the location and proximity to Opryland and it wasn’t terribly far from downtown. During the booking process and before my stay I had many questions/concerns that were assessed very promptly and to my satisfaction. Upon arriving, there was notable construction but overall the property was well maintained and looked like a nicely kept apartment complex. Both outdoor pools and hot tubs were out of service but the indoor pool was functioning so not a huge deal. The room was dated but clean and offered everything we needed and was nice and spacious. Here is my main complaint: after checking in you are directed to visit a club representative who is there to get you to book a presentation time so they can sell you their vacation club membership. The rep I dealt with was incredibly pushy and by the end was just plain rude to me. After offering a handful of discounts or complimentary services to be used during my trip I politely explained I was not interested as my trip was already fully planned. He was persistent and insisting that I book a presentation slot for the next morning although I had told him we had plans. After further declining I finally joked that it wasn’t going to happen because I wasn’t going to buy anything to which he sternly replied “yeah. I know you’re not.” Taken aback I then asked if I was then okay to leave. He snapped back with “yeah. Go!” This incident very much turned me off.

I didn’t realize that this was a timeshare and that we would have to go thru their presentation. Also needed another 250 deposit and then again tried getting another 50 deposit.

It was clean and accommodated our request for needed things for the room. Did not know we had to go to a 3 hour presentation for a time share. That was not on the advertisement.

This is a great location near Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord hotel, downtown Nashville. The property is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside to our stay was that we were put on the 4th floor of a building where the elevator was broken!

It was loud in the area we stayed far away from the entrance. Thought at one point someone was trying to open our door!

It was a good stay and a nice pool in the morning!

The property was very outdated it had a bad smell in it and it also was not cleaned well at all! The first thing I had to do was clean the unit when I got inside. The dish washer didn’t work and the dryer made a loud noise when you ran it. I have been dieing to stay at this place but it’s not what I expected. They may have different units that’s more up to date I’m not sure. The tv is regular cable didn’t even have a clear picture. Not to mention they charge you a resort fee than when you get to the property you are charged a additional 259! Deposit it’s just not worth it to me will not be booking this place ever again!

Everything was as advertised. Only thing that is not pleasant is during check in when they keep pushing you to attend their presentation even after you tell them multiple times no. I ended up just walking out.

I’ve been lucky enough to stay here before and this did not disappoint. The room was a great rate and clean which is always a plus. Amenities are perfect for those who are traveling for work but also for anyone wanting to stay for an extended period without needing to eat out every night. There was also a coffee truck there each morning and it was fantastic!

The location was great. They are doing upgrades to the property so it is noisy during the day but at night it was quiet. I sent them a message regarding some problems in the room and nothing was handled during our stay. The curtain was coming off so that was a little frustrating in the mornings. The security latch was attached to the door with a piece of wood, that was extremely loose. While that may not matter to everyone it definitely could be a safety concern. There was very little water pressure in the unit which was frustrating for showers etc. There was also no check out instructions sent, but it was easy to get ahold of someone with the text number provided at check in. However the room though it needs some updates and repairs was extremely clean which is one of the most important things. There was plenty of household supplies and towels provided. Easy access to trash and recycling. The location was truly easy to get to everything with lots of great options around.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. We were a bit concerned when we first got there. They were trying to put us in a third floor unit. My husband has had numerous back.Surgeries and is unable to walk upstairs.

Unit was clean but dated. Fridge made a continuous noise. Kitchen was more of a kitchenette, very small. The door to the unit had to slammed shut or it would just open unknowingly. Enjoyed the pool and bus shuttle

This unit was just perfect! Clean and a well stocked kitchen. Spent the afternoon enjoying the pool! Close to Grand Ole Opry, shopping mall and a short walk to music venues. Uber to downtown was about a 20 min ride! Will be back!🎤🎵

We stayed 5 days with friends who had never been to Nashville. The property is very nice with lots of activities. Right across from Opryland. Everything was within 3 miles except downtown. They had a shuttle that stopped at the property and you could ride downtown for a fee.

Great location! Wonderful property. The first room they gave us the cleaning had not been completed, so they upgraded us at no charge. I did not like the fact the property tried to sell us a timeshare, I just wanted to stay the weekend, not looking to buy anything.

This is an amazing property. We loved it!!

Property was well maintained, front desk very helpful, property needs upgrading especially the bathroom. Kitchen was very very small. Little or no counter space. Front door was old and sticking, somewhat rusty.

Room was clean and what i expected. Convenient location. Walls are really thin heard all the other guests easily. The push for a time share purchase was over the top and frustrating. But overall stay was good

It met our needs

The property was excellent. We booked this as a vrbo NOT a timeshare. However we were offered free tickets fron jiovanni if we did a half hour timeshare meeting. He gave us totally incorrect information. Meeting lasted 2 and a half hours and we had to tour the property which he said we wouldnt have to do.

The accommodations at this resort were very comfortable. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a kitchen. It had everything we needed. The resort is somewhat secluded yet very close to The Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, and The Gaylord Opryland Resort. There are 2 outdoor pools and 1 outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool was under repair during our stay, but that didn't effect us as the weather was nice to be outside.

Property was in good condition although rooms are dated a bit . Great location a d frienndly staff.

It was perfect for our visit to Nashville for the Green Bay Packer game. Only a short shuttle to downtown and a short Uber to the stadium! Everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely return if we had the opportunity again.

I checked in later into the night & the process went smooth. Bed was great & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. I didn’t make much use of the kitchen but the dining area had 4 seats & a table made of basic wood. It met my needs! Couch seems a bit old & firm in its cushioning.

Very nice and peaceful place to stay. Live music some nights and plenty of space to hang out and relax in. It’s nice to be 15-20 min outside of the city so it’s not crazy 24/7. Very affordable and worth the visit.

The whole process was quick and easy! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Love it!

Was not pleasant

Great except there was a strange thing with our room. We cane into a cleaned apt but the bathroom had had a person get in and use the bathroom: shower and garbage. Wet towel hanging on shower curtain, bath mat on floor, garbage in can and everything else perfect. (Besides the door to next room ajar.) I never felt it was totally clean as then the bathroom was not fully cleaned again. Sort of a disappointment 😳

the stay was wonderful very clean inside and out needs a few updates but over all very good place to stay and close to restaurant's I would highly recommend.

We had a beautiful unit. Everyone was registration was so nice. First night some rowdy guests kept us up until 1;30 am. Second night rowdy guests kept us up until 4:00 - had to call security. Then the morning of the third day we woke up to the window smash in on our rental car. Facility had no cameras in parking lot. The maintenance staff assisted us and vacuumed all the glass out of the car. They were so nice!

Nice and clean one bedroom unit on top floor (there is an elevator!) clean. Small kitchen area. Quiet.

This location is in a secluded area and so convenient for walking to many local attractions in Nashville. Wonderful staff, clean facilities and lots of daily activities on site! We will definitely be back soon!!

The place was a little run down. Carpet was dirty and worn down. It was a stove to cook, but no pots and pans to cook with. The shower barely put out any water. The outside needs to be pressure washed badly. The pool has so much chlorine and it reacted with my skin.
