Stayed Jul 26, 2025A lot of options for tn ing. You can get in the water on the property and have a short float to a beautiful public exit , with a short walk back to the condo. Or walk up to a public entrance and have a little longer float back to the warnecke exit. The best is a 15 minute walk to jump in at Prince Solms park, which puts you in position to go thru two fun chutes!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Beautiful condo! The location is very convenient to everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and very nice linen. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer/dryer. The balcony overlooks the river. Covered parking and easy access to the property. The communication with the host was excellent and her attention was immediate. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed Sep 12, 2022Fraus Haus is an amazing property which is centrally located to downtown New Braunfels and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. Further, it is a close drive to Gruene. The property is adequately filled with pots, pans, bowls allowing you to cook if you choose. There is ample space for everyone to relax and the two balcony’s provide an oasis from above. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. You couldn’t ask for a better place.

Stayed Mar 9, 2021We were a little skeptical at first since there weren’t any prior reviews for the property, but we were pleasantly surprised at how awesome this condo was!! The remodeling done to the bathrooms is beautiful! Condo is great, convenient location to restaurants and family fun, with a perfect view of the River!! Our family of 8 (grandparents included) had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our Spring Break. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having access to the pool and hot tub since we hadn’t planned to get in the river. But now that we know how great this property is, we’ll definitely be back later in the summer to enjoy the easy access into and out of the river!!
