The condo was nice, not the most comfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay at this resort with kids, not much to do but the pool. It listed a game room and we never saw it. The owners were very responsive to my messages when I did send one. We were charged for amenities which that bill came after booking, the listing says a fee for amenities but also says all fees included. Nice pool area but the water was too cold and the heated pool isn’t very heated, nor is the spa.

Everything was clean, neat, beautiful decor, and the host was quick and responsive. We loved the pool as well. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Check in was super fast. Our room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice place great for kids, not perfect as a beach rental, the public beach was soo crowded and people were leaving trash everywhere so we needed to drive to find a beach to visit. The home was very nice the host was very responsive and friendly. The fees were very high we paid as much in fees as we did for 3 night stay. The pool is great for kids. The restaurant was ok and parking and views were fine.

The resort was a great location for walking to different stores, food places, and The Track. It was very clean and such nice people throughout the resort. Especially the managers and servers for the restaurant and coffee place. We will be coming back and staying here.

Very cozy stay. The location was great, especially for families. Lots of pools, playgrounds, and courts for the kids. Location was also close enough to walk to the beach.

We came to town for a gymnastics competition for our daughter…. Even though it was not peak season, still so much to do and this property was convenient to everything. We can’t wait to come back when it’s not cold out to really enjoy all the resort ameneties and surrounding area.

Our family of 5 stayed here for our Christmas Vacation and it was wonderful. Great location and close to everything you need. Only complaint would be the pans in the unit, they were a bit rusty. Otherwise a beautiful home and view. Will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay. So clean. The condo was exactly as described. Check in was amazing. Communication with property manager was prompt. I would recommend this to anyone.

We booked here for a few days based on the photos. The interior photos are accurate, the exterior photos are for a completely different unit. There are zero water views. The master bedroom bed was inexplicably uncomfortable. The views were of buildings and parking lots. I had recently had surgery and informed the owners that there was no way we could stay there but we didn't arrive until 2:30am due to travel delays so checking in was a bit cloogy trying to find security people to provide the check in packet. I notified the owners immediately that we needed to check out. They, via text and phone call, indicated that they understood and that it was OK, to just let them know when we were out. By 10am, we notified that we had checked out. No refund was given, they didn't respond to vrbo inquiries as to the refund status (per vrbo). Three attempts have been made to resolve, to no avail. With so many amazing properties, I share our experience here to hopefully save you from going through an ideal like us. (FWIW, this is my first ever bad review after being a VRBO member for over a decade. )

We really enjoyed our self ! Close to everything !

We enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with bedding when we arrived and the host had it promptly addressed so that it did not impact our stay whatsoever. We enjoyed the pool and bar service from our lounge chairs. We did not get to try the restaurant on site. The condo was in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park, where there was convenient parking and the beach was not too crowded. The condo building was nice, a few areas could stand some maintenance, but it was sufficient for our stay and everyone was accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! This was our first time in Destin (son’s baseball tourney). All 3 of our boys (ages 12-17) enjoyed the access to fitness center, pool and restaurant. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5.

This was my family’s first stay in Destin. We were there for my son’s baseball tournament. This was an exceptional condo. It was very clean, stocked and adorable decor. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a great family vacation. The room was as advertised, clean and well decorated. The building had a great pool area and nice restaurant. Workout facilities had all the essentials to get in a good workout although some of the weights were a little beat up. The owner of the unit was very responsive and the on-site staff were very helpful. We arrived early and the front desk held our bags and gave us access to all the building amenities while we waited for our room. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Beach was close, pools and amenities were great. Very clean and nice place. Highly recommend. Room was very quiet and perfect for the kiddos.
