The Sunset Room at TPH - Boston

The host was quick yo respond to my qiestions and the directions he provided for location, check in, etc was easy and spot on. Living area was comfortable and the small deck on back was lovely for a sit and glass of wine.

Very nice for business travel as it is quiet, clean and convenient.

Convenient location, walkable, easy parking, tasteful decor, responsive host, generous amenities. It's a shared house so the degree of quiet depends on other inhabitants being respectful. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for my quick stay. I appreciated the home like atmosphere. Not for those that have trouble with stairs but other than that, an excellent place to stay

The Perthshire House (TPH) is a beautiful older home, lovingly cared for and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and accommodating to guest needs. Host Charles is super responsive to messages. Highly recommend “From Scratch” Italian restaurant a short walk don the hill! Our group had 4 rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and acceptable. Didn’t prefer the shared bathroom and common areas.

Everything! Quiet and calm!

The house was very nice and clean ! The only issue was our room was very hot, it was around 80 degrees for our trip and didn’t feel like we had any AC. Charles was very responsive though when we had an issue of not enough towels and we were able to keep our luggage there earlier than check in.

Oh my gosh, it was perfect! I loved that I got slippers and the home was so welcoming. Exceptionally clean with plenty of common space. I loved the kitchen amenities like kettle for hot water and hot plenty of fridge space. The bed was also so comfortable. Thank you so much!

We stayed on the third floor for one night as we were needing a place to stay before flying out of Logan. The location was nice and there was a great coffee shop down the hill – walking distance. Only about 20 minutes from the airport. We took a walk in the evening and it was very pleasant. Clean room. Did not use shower in shared bath but looked clean.

Quaint 3 story Home with multiple private rooms. Check-in communication was crystal clear... keys & codes like a treasure huntClean, charming space inside & out including bathroom, kitchen & portch. Neighborhood is sweet & lovely. Teresa's taqueria neerby kept me satiated & i highly recommend. Overall very pleased esp for the price & location.

Our weekend in Boston here was incredible! The bed in our room was genuinely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the bathrooms are renovated with amenities provided! The kitchen was stocked with all my coffee needs! What a special house to stay in!!
